There is a store. I dont understand what everyone is talking about. It is next to Macys and burger king and models and the douglaston movie theatre and the supermarket right off of douglaston pkwy. not a big store so not as much stock as the other stores but still have a good selection. customer service is ok not as good as the carle place location though. also they have city prices so tends to be pricier than other nassau locations. all in all a good store. just has the "Queens attitude"

Worst toys r us i ever been to. I hear all the employees cursing when Im walking around the store. I couldnt find what i needed on the self so i asked the store manger Glen if there was any in the back he told me, with an attitude, everything is on the self. I asked one of the regular sales associates and he looked it up for me on the computer and they did have it in the back. Thats one great store manger douglaston has.

Wow this is the store that time, and the maintenance man, forgot. Seriously depressing, not sure thats the image that the corporation wants to portray. This is a sad looking installation of an otherwise okay store. Reminds me of images of Pyong-Yang. Painfully understaffed, but they managed to ring up my purchase correctly. GPS put me about ten blocks away, its at 242 street, not 252.

My daughters flashlight friend was not working since October 2014 when it was purchased. I went to the store 4 months later for a replacement without a receipt and they accepted the damaged item without any debate. I know Macys works like that with returns within 12 months but it is a pleasure to buy from stores that can issue a return without a hassle.

Smaller than your average Toys R Us but staff is friendly and patient. especially to me since I dont have kids and I have to explain what Im looking for in terms of "the dog with a hat on it that hangs out with other dogs rescuing in emergency situations"

The store can look so different on different times. Sometime it is clean and everything is in place (usually on week days) and sometime it is a mess, and shopping here is just not that fun. But regardless of that, the toys are us have good gifts for kids.

Disgusting customer service , i called with item # and was left on hold for 30 minutes and nobody ever came back .. The website will not locate a product for you as well , absolutly disgusted !!

I went there and got everthing I wanted. If u want a Barbie there , broad games there , baby stuff there. So I think u guys should go to toys r us and see instead of me telling

There is no such location! just sends you for a drove around. Maybe there was a toys r us before but its like a forest area now!
