Toys r us (and babies r us) LOVES to give customers the runaround... Their pricing policies are bazaar; for example, they wont match their own online prices in store, but you can buy the same item online (while you are standing in the store) and pick it up in store for the lower price. Using coupons is ALWAYS a struggle; there are consistently restrictions/stipulations that make it virtually impossible to actually use any of their coupons. Furthermore, some stores accept competitor coupons while others do not. This seems completely arbitrary and is terribly obnoxious. ...I have given up on shopping at babies r us/toys r us and would MUCH rather shop at buy buy baby, target, or Amazon.

I dont outright hate it, nobody forces people to shop there. But the place really isnt any good for anything other than stocking stuffer/Easter basket type things and a handful of "Toys R Us Exclusives." Aside from that, every single thing they have in the store is available online and often at fractions of the cost. And theyre awful with seasonal inventory. And no one ever knows the next time something will be in. "It might be in our next delivery." Yeah, thanks, Ill go order it from the web and it will definitely be in my next delivery.

As an American living in Montreal, Canada, I was immediately reminded as to why I miss living in the USA and why customer service in the USA is the best in the world. Bill at this Toys R Us was great ! When he discovered that the item I was looking for was not in stock, he didnt stop there, he continued to look for it at other Toys R Us stores until he located it and gave me all the information I needed to buy it. He took lots of time out to help me and I never felt rushed or to be a nuisance. Thank you, Bill!

Repeatedly I came across the fact that the prices in this store are higher than on their website. During my last purchase, they called the price of the product, but then they refused to give me a 10% discount, although they had to do it because it was Thursday and I paid with the Toys"R"Us credit card.

I agree with others: certain of the staff are very rude, but checkout staff tends to have a high turnover in most stores. Ive never had issues with the management, but I HAVE encountered plenty of rude customers and Im guessing most if these reviews are them, based on what they say here.

What a disaster !!....there is no way to review your free gift message once you get to checkout page or are you able to verify that it is even included. Then when you attempt to set up a chat.....no one responds. I will never deal with these idiots again

Decent prices, and the staff is generally friendly. But, this location needs an update. Doing so will certainly bring in more customers, and make the store feel fresh and clean.

Very old and confusing store. Needs a more modern update, the whole picking something up that was ordered online is very confusing. The employees were very friendly.

Bigger than the Queensbury store but generally the staff is not as polite, nor is the store as clean. Worst is the bathroom, dont bother going in there.

They put the bikes together, but dont fill the tires with air. After they are done they want you to test drive with flat tires.

Everything is overpriced but the selection is better than Target and Walmart. My kids love window shopping here.

The staff is alright. There is amazing staff and very very bad staff... The managers are rude as heck
