AWFUL customer service.Placed an order online to pick up in store, website said 3-5 business days, its been 6 and still no answer as to when my order will be there. I tried calling the store but they dont answer the phone, or when they do you get hung up on. Drove to the store and all I got was attitude from their employee... Also I cannot cancel my order because they havent received it yet. Will NEVER deal with Toys R US again. Here i am again....19 days and still nothing!

TERRIBLE!!!!!! awful terrible terrible. Horrible selection (since 1/2 the store is now a Babys R Us) and the service is GOD AWFUL!!!!! From the people at "customer service" that provided zero helpful service to me as the customer, to the nasty 17yr old girl at checkout.. Awful awful. Save yourself and shop on Amazon!! If you need something now, there's a Walmart down the street and a Target in Stamford. Do not go to this store!!!!!

They dont open till 9:30 though the web site says 9 am when I showed them this on my smartphone they shrugged and offered me to wait in the shopping cart section till it opened. It is below freezing so I declined . Would have not gone back if there was another option for what I needed locally :/

Worst store in Norwalk. Store Manager Christy couldnt care less about doing her job . Shes downright nasty. I dont know why anyone would shop for their children there. I had a Toys R Us Credit Card that I canceled.

Its christmas, a kid wanted the nintendo 2ds, i was willing to drive 2 hrs to go get it, the jerk manager, said he couldnt hold the toy for an extra hour ! .... OUTRAGEOUS! This is the spirit of giving !

Did an in-store pickup xmas eve because the store had items i needed. The in-store pickup went smoothly. The atmosphere was pleasnat and lines were short..... Great Place to Shop!

They have a very large selection of toys, but were a little low on video game stock the last time I was there. Plenty of parking, easy to get to via multiple routes.
