Great store but the most putrid bathroom that I ever had the misfortune of going into in my entire existence on this earth and this has happened on multiple occasions! Toys R Us employees need to maintain their restrooms up to par. What I saw was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. I didnt feel comfortable bringing my child in to use the facility, let alone breathe in that vile air, & walk on those disgusting urinated floors! For the sake of all humanity that walk into those Toys R Us doors, I hope they dont have the same misfortune in having to use the restroom. Also if these employees have any interest in keeping their employment, I hope they work on keeping their bathrooms decent. I have already made a complaint with the dept. of health, & sent photographic evidence. Good luck to you all.

Been shopping here 20 years. Today was the last time. The manager and checkout girl were rude and provided no customer service, after I explained that something I wanted to buy was listed at the wrong price. I was right, but they offered no apology and were just so ridiculously rude! As if Im doing them a favor by shopping there!

Great store for kids toys. Thousands of options to choose from. Prices may run a bit higher than other stores but my advice is to match the prices. One great thing about the store is that they match the price if you know what it is in other retail outlets. Great place to shop for kids.

Staff are friendly and they have a wide assortment of toys. GPS put me in the parking lot next to it and it was a bit of a pain to get there. Not their fault by any means but I wanted to note it for anyone else trying to get there!

I made slime there and i got to play with play dough also i got glitter slime,green slime, and pink slime it is very stretchy and cool ang all the toys there really Amazing

Visited store on Sunday morning to try and get Nintendo switch. We werent able to get a console but they kept the process organized and the customers informed.
