We purchased the Dura 12x14 hard top gazebo from the Webster store. The sales people were very nice, and gave us hints on putting the gazebo together. It was shipped in 3 boxes. Two were very heavy. My husband needed help getting them onto our deck.When we opened the boxes, right away we noticed that several items were broken and bent. After spending 3 hours counting parts we had 20 lines of items either missing or broken. I called the distributor in Canada and was told to go back to the store. Grossmens did get us another gazebo, but would not deliver it. So, back we go with our little trailer to get the new one. The boxes were in much better shape. We kept the old one, and sure enough, we had to swap out some parts. After about 12 hours with 3 people we finally got it together. It is very difficult to assemble and the assembly directions are not good. DO NOT buy this gazebo if you are looking for a place to get out of the sun on a warm sunny day. It is like a greenhouse under the roof. This gazebo costs 1200.00 and is not worth 500.00. Beware of the merchandise from a bargain center.

After doing a google search and finding that the store hours listed are from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, we went to Grossmans looking for a shower, toilet, vanity and tiles to purchase that night. We arrived around 6:45 p.m.. We were greeted by three employees but never approached to see if we needed any assistance which is not my complaint. After being in the store for a few minutes (we were the only customers in the store), we heard an announcement over the loud speaker stating that they were closing. Why they couldnt walk up to us to ask if we needed help and to tell us that they were closing is unknown to me. I mentioned to the "manager" that the hours listed were until 8:30 which is why we chose to come that evening. His reply was rude, speaking to me like I was an idiot... informing me that google is not his "website"... FYI.... Google is not anyones website... its a search engine! I showed him the hours listed, received another rude reply and I left... purchasing nothing. I will never return to that store. Train your employees on proper customer service. It was uncalled for.

We shop there on a regular basis. Always helpfull employees, greeted and follow up when we are just looking. Prices cant be beat and quality is as good or better than the big guys. Only thing you may want to do is check the actual web sight to see what they have in stock. Dont carry all of the things they use to but you can save a great deal of money with these guys. Never been disappointed with the items or the people. The store has improved greatly in the last year with neatness, instocks, and over all appearance of the store. We always send our freinds and always let them know how much we saved and they over spent on the same items. Go pay these guys a visit. If you use google correctly you can go right into their actual web site and find out everything.

Worked with Linda tonight at Mr. Seconds. She was very helpful, not pushy, and she helped me find exactly what I needed-- not what she wanted to sell me. They have some really great prices. I would check them out especially if all you have looked at are the big box stores.
