This place gets ZERO stars!!! My wife and I visited and stressed that we were under tight timelines to provide our bathroom remodel contractors with a 48" vanity ($979.19) by the following Saturday evening. The attendant, who was very nice and helpful, called the offsite warehouse, and ensured that they could deliver. So ends to good experience. Saturday arrives, and the delivery guys never call to tell me when theyll arrive. Finally, after several calls to the store, the head delivery guy calls to say that hed rather deliver on Monday!! I tell him no way, and he says hell be here between 3 and 4 PM. Hes a no-show.....I call and he says hell arrive between 5 and 6 PM. Arrival...one small guy in a pickup truck filled with construction equipment, my 48" vanity top (broken in two pieces), my sink (not boxed, rolling around in the bed of the truck and deeply scratched), and an unapologetic salesperson, once I called to complain. Quote, "Sir, you know thats the price of doing business." Wrong answer.....This is bad business, period. We will never patron this poorly-run establishment again. We will update this post on the speed in which we receive our FULL refund.

Charlie Hustle

This place uses less than desirable haulers to deliver their goods to your property, buyer beware. Pick up your items in person. They called to arrange delivery to my property, I specified a date and time. They paid no attention to the appt we set and showed at 8am on a monday morning. Their hauler drove over and demolished a concrete /masonry structure in my yard then proceeded to leave two monster turf marks through the yard after being unable to keep his truck on my driveway(not a hard task). Left 300lbs worth of bathroom furniture in the middle of the driveway then called after he left. He called to let me know he was sorry for the damage in my front yard but also caused more on the way out when he pushed over a 30 tree with his truck, uprooted, laying on the ground. I called home design outlet center and they asked me to take pictures and call back to place a claim. This guy totally demolished my property then went on about his merry way. Just fyi, I would consider buying elsewhere or picking up any item you purchase. Unless you want a lot more yard work to add to the list you currently have.

I was remolding my Mom bathroom, and the contractor said I need to get special order for the vanity! I was searching all over to find a place which could deliver in less than a week! I contacted many places, and none could deliver within a week! The design outlet was the only one who could help! I went to their store, and got what I wanted. Within 2 days I got a perfect vanity along with the top delivered to our house, not to mention that the price tag was less than 1k (they had special). I could not be happier.. Great service and selection. I will go back to them, if I will need to redesign my own house :) I highly recommend them.

Totally agree with the previous customer who wrote a review "Charlie". This company had their carrier leave a 72" bathroom vanity on my driveway, still on the palate, the marble top was in 10 pieces and the wood base was broken at all joints. I was not here to receive the vanity, the driver dumped it. I have been in touch with Home Design Outlet Center every day for the past week and a half. They refuse to pick it up and told me that they were doing me a "favor" by not charging me and that I could "dispose" of it. So now I have a broken 72" crate in my driveway. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased vanities 2 times from Miami location of Home Design Outlet Center and suggested it to all of my friends. One of my friend wanted to renew his bathroom and we went to Home Design Outlet Center in Miami, just because they were out of stock we had to place an order from Virginia branch. We have ordered 4 different modern style vanities to Florida. They never had any problems with shipping, it was on time and they did not charge anything, even thought it was from another state. Thank you again Home Design Outlet Center for not letting me down. Its definitely a company you can rely on.

This vanity is just want I wanted. My daddy put it together quickly and easily. The mirrors are really clear, not fuzzy like some cheap mirrors that come with some furniture. The stool came with plastic over the upholstery and I left it on there. The stool is sturdy and bigger than I expected it to be. It does slide around on a wooden floor, but a rug stops that. The closest thing that could come to a complaint from me would be how shallow the drawers are. I was expecting more storage, BUT I am really, really happy with this purchase:)

I bought a 60" white vanity for my two sinks. The handmade vanity was such a piece of art and made me fall in love within a second. We have the vanity for 4 months now and it is still as perfect as the first day. The doors open and close with no problem and so are the drawers. The home design outlet virginia workers are very friendly and helpful. Definitly no where else such quality for this price.

I just opened my google account for this review, Im so happy! Let me explain to you guys, I got my hot tub , my jacuzzi and master vanity for my new condo! Yay!!! After all headache with other places , Home Design Outlet gave me best price with best quality! Fast delivery, they kept their promises for everything. I definitely recommend this place. Another thing , costumer service was outstanding.
