Superior Installed the flooring and kitchen wall tile in my parents house. I warned them before they bought as I know a lot of people who had trouble with these people. They purchased anyway. Superior tried to install the wrong tile product. My parents caught that before it was installed. When they did get the correct tile, they installed it incorrectly. The grout started cracking within 2 weeks due to improper technique. This was repaired after much arguing with Greg, the owner, who didnt want to stand behind his work. The flooring was another issue. Once installed there were huge swirls in the floor from improper glue application. Greg, the owner of Superior, blamed the manufacturer. We contacted the manufacturer and they came out and looked. They said it was improper installation. The manufacturer pointed out the instructions for application on the product and, sure enough, Superior hadnt follow those directions. Greg refused to fix the trouble. We contacted the financing company and sent them photos of the botched job. They pulled payment from Superior. Greg now refuses to take our calls and wont fix the work. We hired another company, A-1, to fix it. Like I said, this is not the first problem I have seen from Greg at Superior. Another person I know had carpet installed by Superior. The installers cut the carpet too short and, in areas, you could see the concrete around the edge of the room. Greg refused to fix it and told his customer to use a black magic marker on the concrete so it wouldnt be noticeable. Since this all happened, Greg has lost his franchise, changed the company name to Superior and has lost his new facility to bank foreclosure. He is now working out of an old house, again. Avoid these people at all costs. If they make a mistake, they will abandon you.

My family and I have used them in the past and have always been very happy. They preformed to satisfaction yet again! Have always been promt and friendly. The staff and installers and very polite and professional. The staff helped a lot with my selections and I am very pleased with how they turned out. The installers also were kind and cleaned up all debris. I would recommend Superior Floorcoverings to anyone looking to have work done in their house.
