Purchased a decent amount of stuff at once from store. Would not stand behind a sawzall that had clearly been rigged. Told me they clean everything, but the sawzall was packed in sawdust. I just wanted a different saw. Refused to work with me. Arrogant owner is the places only problem, but man hes a putz. Employees are full of it too. Thats why he moves them around so much. One employee told me she was the owner, but she wasnt. Lots of b.s. at this place. Youre better going to the other messier pawn shops where they stand behind stuff and work better deals anyway. Lesson learned. Be wary.

Absolutely freaking Amazing deez guys are!!! All the employees smell great and they are all so pretty!! Even the mail lady was hot!! The bald one with tattoos covering 2/3 of his body is so professional I was like dang man he is so professional!! All joking aside these guys are very helpful and worked with me to get the watch of my dreams!! Plus they always pay a min of 20% more for my items. I felt like a bargain hunting PRO after my purchase,unlike those other guys that make me feel like a PAWN in there evil game to rip me off!! Thanks PAWN PRO!!!

I must say out of all the pawn shops in Syracuse and the surrounding areas this is by far the best one they take the time to actually see what you want and what you need and they try to do the best that they can to give you a good deal I am proud to say that I am a shopper and a seller at Pond Pro thanks guys for all of the best work that you guys can do and also Alex and Amanda do their job so well that I will definitely come back just because of them thank you for all your hard work they deserve a raise

I first went to their store out of curiosity, just to look around. Everyone is kind, helpful, & the area is always very clean. I dont think I have ever gone there w/o finding something interesting. Gifts, tools, movies, electronics, they have a wide & always variable selection. A very entertaining place to browse around. I have never sold anything to them, but I have seen other transactions, these people seem right on. I recommend them as an extremely neat & organized garage sale, priced right!!

I went in there once to check it out and the service was amazing and worked with what I needed because I own a pizza shop. Prices were respectful and I ended up leaving the business with some equipment for my pizza shop. Ive been going there ever since because it is hard to find exactly what you need for a reasonable cost and great service. Im glad I went and tried it out so now I know where to take my business now. Cant beat their prices in the 315 area. Thanks a lot boys for the help.

Im addressed and greeted as I walk in which is appreciated. The sales personal are polite and dress appropriately. Yet they arent pushy and allow me to browse. After several minutes they will again address me with a courteous tone to inquire if I have any questions. The facility is clean and organized unlike other Pawn Shops locally. Ive purchased items and they have been flexible on the price. Thank you.

So like all pawn shops they try to get one over on you always. But thats the way the cookie crumbles. Always had good conversations with the people in there friendly I found a gold chain said 14 karat on it he did the magnetic test which I did not know you can do and he shunned me for bringing him fake gold that I did not know it was fake gold. Its okay lesson learned I bought magnets

Told the gentlemen I was buying a keurig 2.0 coffee machine. I drove all the way from cicero got ready to cash out and was told it had sold online seconds before I walked in the door. Refused to honor my cash in hand and was sent back to cicero empty handed will never go back ! Hope amazon was more important than a local customer that was actually looking to buy tools also!

Pawn Pro is my first choice for pawn shops. Great customer service and you cant beat their prices. Every other pawn shop I have been to made me feel like I was getting ripped off. John helped me find exactly what I was looking for at the best price for me. It is clear that their main objective is to satisfy the customers needs. Definitely a returning customer!

Place is a ripoff. Offering you mediocre prices for items that run upwards of 100s of dollars. Cant blame them considering it looks like nobody really goes to the store and they are in a pretty poor neighborhood but if you are looking for a good price dont come here unless you absolutely need to get rid of your junk and want some cash doing it.

Love pawn pro!! Super friendly staff with fair prices. Theyre not your typical pawn shop. Pawn pro is clean, upscale and doesnt sell junk. Everything they have is either brand new or in great condition. Theyre not pushy sales people either. Ill definitely be returning to them before I go pay full price on any electronics again.

Everyone has good energy and very nice. Helped me with all my questions. I was looking for an iPod. It was a great price and I havent had a single problem. They have a hudge variety of things. I recommend them to everyone. You want great costumer service go to pawn pro!
