This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. At the ocean front Superior Pawn David the employed is like talking to a coke head with ADD. I had a firearm sent there and was just picking it up. Seems simple enough, but no i get there and the box was already opened and he said hold on i got to login to my FFL system I haven’t even logged these in yet. ok cool but then he runs around helping others with a bike that he is trying to sell these poor girls and it’s all sorts of broken. Not even touching a computer he says I don’t have their FFL. I’m a little shocked so I contact the firearmsforsale and they had proof of the email sent and they said that the FFL is packed in every box. David said no I need to talk to them directly so I call them and its now 6pm closing and I have the manager from the site I ordered from on the phone and David said I am sorry but were closed. I was like you wanted to talk to him he said sorry. I said come on work with me he said have them send it again. they did it was to Amy the owner. 2nd time now. he said no I need it faxed.so I’m pissed at this point but kept calm and asked what’s your fax number and he said um I don’t know try these numbers. after all of this I still got turned away even though I was there way before closing. I don’t think this guy should even be allowed to touch a firearm yet alone sell them. I would NEVER have any firearms sent there ever again! they really need to have the ATF come in and inspect how they are running things and who is working for them.

I absolutely love these guys! I have been going for years and they always do their best to give me what I need at the same time being fair. They are flexible with payments when I need it. Best part is the staff. They are super nice and just awesome people in general. I definitely recommend them!

The staff are always friendly. Ive always received fair offers on any items Ive brought in and got outstanding deals on anything Ive ever purchased. I stop in several times a week just to see whats in the shop and they always have awesome merchandise and unique items available. Shop here first!
