I have been going to this place for the past year and never had a problem. Recently i had a loan on my ps3 (which was in perfect condition) and when i got home to connect it the Ps3 was not working. My ps3 would turn on but there would be a black screen. I called Ps3 customer support and turns out that my Ps3 is damaged and now I have to pay $100 to fix it. My PS3 worked perfectly fine when i brought it in to them(because they even check it themselves). Superior Pawn should be responsible for this but they wont take any responsibility. These people are crooks and i advise NO ONE to go there. These people broke my PS3 and will not admit it or even help me to fix it. ( NOB LOCATION SCREWED ME)

The old dark haired lady is a thief and a lying cheat. Forget about this place if you are attempting to get a loan. i brought in a brand spanking new pistol that i paid $850 for as well as a newer style Martin Bone hunter bow. She would only give me $200 for a LOAN on the both when I was only asking for $260. This is not the first time the cheat tried to take advantage of my situation and I have never defaulted on a loan with them. I will NEVER come back and have purchased many things from them over 4 years as well as received loans from them in the past. That dumb lady running that circus now is gonna run that shop into the dirt.

DON T DO IT!! Do not support this business as they do not support our trroops! They just ripped me off $700 because I was stuck out at sea two days too long. Even after I had left the item there several times and faithfully paid to retrieve it before, it was gone in a matter of days. They don t attempt to contact you or anything. What a bunch of CROOKS!!!! Hope that $700 was worth it! Good luck with that SOUL thing of yours! :-)

I dont know what everyone else is complaining about, I have been dealing with this pawnshop for years and Ive never had a problem the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you go in with a positive attitude, youll have a positive expierence. Robble robble

I love this place till Paul in jenny came aboard my pawn was hard to get out because my id was expire but when I pawn it my id was already expire and they said "oh thats okay your a regular customer and we know you "

These people are crooks! I payed money up front for a hand gun, was NOT given a receipt. I was denied purchase of a firearm. I asked for a refund and was given all but $50 for "store loss of time"

Went to pawn a few items with my husband. Was suppose to get $160 only got $60 went back and told them they said they couldnt do nothing about it. Very bad service will never go there again.

Everyone has different experiences But I have been going to paul and jenny for a few years now and have had no problems, . I followed them from Hampton Blvd. Its my fav one! :)
