This place is a joke. I bought a ps3 from them a little while ago, when I got home the ps3 didnt even turn on, so I called they said they dont do returns, but they exchanged it for me. I went there recently to sell a ps3 they gave me the worst attitude, when I called to ask what I needed to sell it they said only the power cords, so I didnt bring a paddle so when I got there they said "do u have a paddle". WTF. They gave me the least amount, they dont check anything before they buy it they make up there own price when u purchase an item. no price tags on anything, the mom has the worst personality but it explains why the daughter behaves the way she does. Cheap excuss for a bussiness they dont like to be told there wrong and that a item has more value then what there giving u. Do not recomend, unless your looking for pocket change. BIG JOKE

I have never in all my life been so insulted. The first indication that I was wasting my time was when they glared at me like I had just insulted their ancestors; as I simply walked through the door. All my my questions where answered in a short, eye rolling, condescending, and surly manner. The heavy set older women(which from other reviews; I can assume is the mother) refused to assist the obviously younger and less experienced employee(which I will assume is the daughter or granddaughter). She remained at her desk; scrolling through Facebook or Amazon. They offered me an obviously uneducated amount for my pawn. Around a little under 20% of the items actual value. Most likely because Im younger and sport a few tattoos. Not only bad retail but just plan bad humans all together.

Ive been doing business with this store for about as long as its been open, and have had nothing but the best of experiences with them. They are very fair in their item priceing , both selling and buying. More then once they have gone out of their way to help me finding items I had trouble locating. The owners are always friendly and willing to respond to any inquiry, no matter how trivial. As you might see, they are my go to first place and I always look forward to visiting their store.I have also recommended them to many people looking for hard to find items they have had trouble locating. Go and have a look and see for yourself just how nice a place it is !!!

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL! I had items stolen from my home this week and the person that stole them always goes to "Bank" to pawn items. When I called to see if anyone has brought in similar items like the ones stolen from me, she wanted nothing to do with helping me and to get me off the phone, the bi%#h told me no one had brought any cameras in that week anyway and hung up on me! Come on now, cameras are one of the #1 things ppl bring in to pawn! The only time they are nice to you is when you want to buy something from THEM! Im planning a visit to that place and its not gonna be pretty when my merchandise is in thier case!

Tuna Time

HORRIFIC!!! Unless youre one of the local junkies looking for enough cash for a quick fix. Owner is extremely rude and acts as if its a major inconvenience to answer questions. Limited inventory of guns and majority of other items are generic without unique or traceable serial numbers. I would not leave a phone number either as they will call and harass you. Was even rude to my child. To sum it up this place is ran by trash, who thinks wearing a gun is a display of power and intimidation.

mean unpleasant and rude people. They dont accept very many items and they act like you are violatimng their space just by being in the store. I asked for a list of things they did or did not take, they didnt have one. AVOID! there is a plaqce further down on Pulaski thats much friendlier!

Went here recently though poor reviews made me apprehensive. Surprised by the great service and friendliness of owners and staff. My recommendation is read the reviews then try for yourself. My personal experience has been great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff are rude.They also do not assess your property fairly. The wench at the computer looks it up on ebay and gives you half of the lowest price she can find. Just AWFUL rip off artists.

Ive bought many items at the Bank. The people were pleasant, willing to spent time showing you things, plus I found a couple of screaming good deals there. They have reasonable FFL transfer fees.
