Stay away from this place this guyis a thief and a liar and he makes his own rules long story short i pawned my gun used my va license no problem when i went back to pay and get my gun he said i needed 2 ids with the same address i told him i recently moved and dont have 2 ids just my lucense i showed hom my dmv onlune page receipt and my lease and he didnt accept it i ended up having to call the poluce and wjay he was saying was a lie. Before july 2016 you were required to have 2 ids for gun transactions. After that they changed it to only requiring one id when i showed him the amendedment from state police he said idc my law is 2 ids so i got mail from the addres and went back with my id and be still denied me and said youre going to eat this one. Im taking your gun. Please stay away ive spoken to the police who said i have to sue him other pawn shops said the same that hes conducting business any way he wants. I gave him what he adked for and he still didnt give me my gun this guy is a thief and a criminal

I went into this pawn shop to see if they had any audio cassette players. They told me cassette players are no longer made and are obsolete. They apparently do not know that the major audio makers, JVC, Sony, Phillips..., etc all still make and sell audio cassette players. I was disappointed that Midway Pawn is obviously ignorant of the fact that cassette players are sold at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, and Target stores. I think if you are going to run a pawn shop you should at least know not to give out false information on audio technology. That makes me think, what other false information is being told to other potential customers.

Horrible customer service the guy named Bryan messed up the federal and state check for firearms when I explained to him with physical proof of he began to start screaming and cussing he then told me that it was "mother f***ing trash like me that does deserve the right to own a firearm" he also called the cops because I proved him wrong the police sided with me after he became violent and screaming his coworker had to step in to fix his mistakes on the paperwork he needs his firearms license revoked immediately he needs to be self evaluated for psychological problems

So poor it deserves no stars. Sold a speaker to them and let the employee inspect it and it had mild cosmetic damage. A few minutes later the owner begins cursing at me demanding I give them the money back because son didnt know not to take speakers with cosmetic damage. Sale was done and I said hes your employee to train. Owner continues to yell and curse and kicks me out. His employees tried to step in and calm him down. Sad experience

Great group of employees, there were customers in the shop and I had a question about a few guns they had so one of the employees helped me out the best she could until their gunsmith was free to answer my questions. I will be recommending this pawn shop to my friends their price on firearms and accessories are very competitive and reasonable.

A youngish black lady was very rude. I read the comments and saw some about her but wanted to give them the benfit of doubt. But she tried to down talk me to another employee. This is not a location i will be BUYING or selling again.
