chocl8t thunder has no idea what she is talking about. the pawnshop cannot sell jewlery under scrap value. they would loose money. this was explained to her several times. she could not undersrtand this. the only thing that she could do was leave a bad review. very sad. this is not burger king, you cant always have it your way lol

No customer service skills at all!! Wannabe biker salesman acted like I annoyed him because I wasnt ready to make a purchase that day! Cant expect a buy when ur unwilling to come down n price...knockn off the tax amt. Is not negotiating a price! U guys suck!!

3 salesmen were actively looking at hookers on craigslist while I was shopping in the store. Apparently, they thought that because I was a male, I wouldnt mind them doing so. No class in this shop, at all.

Awesome friendly staff, they are reasonable with negotiating prices, and they have an awesome selection of stuff if you are looking for musical equipment or antique items. I will be returning as a customer.
