Ive been ordering cookies form here for years. They were always delivered hot and fresh-tasting. However one day I let someone use my account to order cookies, and the delivery person couldnt find our house. The person using my account called and complained to the manager about it. I think this made the people at the store angry, because ever since that night, whenever I ordered cookies they were cold and hard. Every single time. They tasted like cookies you buy at a gas station or something. I continued to order a few more times, only to receive more cold and hard cookies. I dont know if this was intentional or not, but it sure seemed like it to me, especially after years of never having any issues until that night. But whatever the reason, I decided to stop ordering from there. The cookies cost too much to not be delivered fresh.

Had issues in the fall with bad service but this time it was much better and thats at 11pm on a sunday. Will be happy to order from here again. I ordered again tonight 6/18/16 and it was terrible. I ordered a brownie with snickers as a topping. the brownie was broken, how could I tell? a third of the top had fallen off and instead of placing it back where it broke they placed it parallel of the spot and crushed topping ontop of it to try and cover it up. And on the topic of toppings they gave me crumbs the slightly bigger than grains of sand.Terrible terrible terrible.

Havent tried the cookies or anything yet. My husband and i tried ordering some cookies lastnight 8/2817 after surgery on my back. They will not deliver to st.joes hospital which i think thwy would have way more business if they did. So today when i can go home we may stop into the shop and get some cookies to take back home for ourselves and our two year old

Insomnia cookies didnt exist when I went to SU and that is good and bad. The bad is that I missed out on GREAT cookies. The good is that I would be broke after spending all my money on cookies and I would weigh 1000 lbs. In all seriousness, the cookies are VERY good and we stop in there after going to Varsity for Pizza.

Both times Ive tried to get Insomnia delivered, the order never showed up. We waited 2+ hours and never got cookies. The first time we got the cookies around the 3 hour mark and the cookies were cold and hard and my account was charged extra for a tip we never gave. Two thumbs down. Would not recommend.

Wont deliver to Armory Square. They will drive 3 times as far to deliver to LeMoyne, but wont come a few blocks to a busy and active part of the city. What a strange and self-defeating model.

completely overrated, staff was kind of rude, and the fare was nothing for a lot. one cookie, one scoop of ice cream and milk- 9 dollars. yeh- no thanks.

Cookies are excellent, but its the staff here that made the difference for us. They were personable and engaging. Thats what Im looking for in a store.

Great if you have the late night munchies. Or if you want a snack between classes. They have the best cookies on campus and the people are great.
