We wanted to visit as a special July 4 celebration weekend treat! We have been here many times before and have been very happy with our ice cream choices and customer service. This time was a big disappointment! As we ordered our favs this particular store was out of everything!!!! Who runs out of Sweet Cream Ice cream, Chocolate ice Cream, Brownies, and other choices?!!! We were not given any special accommodations or anything?!!! We did get an "Im Sorry" but not sure we will go back to this store?! We have other ice cream parlors in our area and may chose one of those in the future! Thanks for taking my review.

The store was great but if you are using a Groupon know that the fine print is for a create your own, NOT a signature ice cream. It doesnt say this on the main screen if using the groupin app. Its just in the dine print when you get to the pay screen, and by then you have already ordered. Then cold stone charges you the difference for something thats in the fine print that you cant see.

Im sure the last thing expected on a Tuesday night was a line to the door at 8:45pm. But the staff was polite, generous, and made sure to take care of every guest standing in line. Fantastic service and staff! Even when a guest came in well after close demanding service, they did their best to be kind and cordial. Couldnt leave without saying good job!

Always delicious, although the wait times are long if it is busy. There only ever seems to be 1 or 2 people working at a time. The wait is worth the ice cream.
