Cold Stone Creamery is a delicious place to visit at any time of year. It is on an urban street and therefore no parking lot. It is handicap accessible however inside it is a little tight in terms of negotiating the space in a wheelchair. I would not let that deter me though... Their product is outstanding! A little pricey, but not bad as a treat. Check for coupons in the paper or sign up on their website and occasionally they will send you an e-coupon that you can redeem in store. Enjoy!

The ice cream is good and the employees give great service! BUT the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me!~ He actet very irritated towards the customers and i could not get him to look away from my chest! I believe his name is Daniel Brown. It was a very disturbing experience and i will never go back! I am willing to drive the 5 extra miles to the next cold stone.

I waited in line for 10 minutes with a pre-made ice cream cake waiting to check out while the two employees took 10 minutes to help 3 customers ahead of me in line. It shouldnt take the employees that long to complete orders because all they have to do is mix ingredients into pre-made ice cream. If I were you, I would go to Brusters down the road.

SO tasty! Pro tip: order a Peanut Butter "Brownie" Perfection - Thats a Peanut Butter Cup Perfection (creation) with a brownie substituted for the Pb Cups. Youll probably have to explain it, since its a modded creation.

The ice cream is great and the crew makes it a fun experience. There is very little seating inside and the prices seem a big high. I usually wait until I get a periodic BOGO coupon as a My Cold Stone Club member.

Excellent ice cream concoctions. Friendly staff. Not cheap, and sometimes takes a few minutes so be prepared to wait your turn and give the staff working there a break. Pricey. Tasty. Keep it simple and enjoy

Delicious ice cream though custom mixes tend to vary between workers. Wait times vary widely depending on the day. Expect 15 min+ on weekends but during the week a lot of times there is no line at all.
