I honestly never leave reviews but I feel at this point I should, to at least maybe help this store location or at least make them more aware. I have tried this Sonic probably 6-7 times and each time have had an issue. Not only is the service lacking but would guess the management on account of only 2 people working a Friday and Saturday night. One time I waited for over 45 min for one milkshake after watching numerous cars next to me pull up, place their order, get served, and drive away. Again this is something that wouldnt bother me usually, formally working in food service, but when issues very similar to this one seem to constantly happen on each of my visits, I feel as though I should say something. Tonight I waited at the menu station for over 20 minutes, after pressing the call button, Id say around 7-8 times with no response. Then hear the car next to me pull up, press the button, and have a employee respond with, "Well be right with you," over the speaker. I understand being busy, and having limited employees, but if you are a manager, please schedule more people for those busy nights. I have been around this area for awhile and have had faster, and better experiences at every sonic in the VB and Norfolk area that I have been too (which isnt very many) but this one has failed on not one, not two, but around 6-7 times. Very disappointed, dont take this as me knocking Sonic, just the service here is very slow and unorganized, would help for management to jump on these mistakes to correct them before similar experiences happen to other customers. I will stick with the Sonic on VB Blvd for now.

Worse fast food experience ever. After voiding my payment without being told to the employees were not helpful and were rude. I left with no food and no money returned. I called the manager and she said she was calling and they would be told to remake my order the employee came out with the exact same COLD food and watered down drink. When I ordered I asked for no pickles, not a big deal, when I was cut off and was told IT DOESNT COME WITH PICKLES I said oh okay and continued ordering although I thought to myself there are pickles on the sandwich in the picture. After finally walking to a new location to eat my COLD LUNCH, because there was no way I was going to eat there my sandwich was full of pickles. THANKS SO MUCH FOR BEING RUDE and NASTY. Wish there was an option to give no stars

I always have the worst service when I go to this location. Either the grease is super dirty and the tater tots taste gross or the staff have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. And on top of having sloppy attitudes the service is so slow. I waited there for about 20 minutes and they came out with 1 sundae saying the ice cream machine froze up. And then the other night at 11pm I ordered one soda with light ice and I waited and watched for 15 minutes while 3 people just sat there doing nothing. I left without paying cause I was never serviced and after I called back they let the phone ring and ring and didnt pick up untimy 3rd call when I started to leave a message on the voicemail

I really hate this sonic , the service sucks at night and I asked them to mixed my shake longer BC they never do it right and I can never drink it through a straw and ofcourse they bring it to me the same exact way . They talk to you like Im inconveniencing them as if I told them to work at sonic . You choose this job so provide at least decent customer service. Im not asking u to go above and beyond .

Horrible customer service!!!! I frequently take do business in the same shopping center so have made many attempts to have a "famous ice cream treat". Kind of hard when the rude people on the intercom always claim that the "ice cream & slushy machines are down". Seems like a lie if I have not been able to get any ice cream for months. I dont think that is good for business.

Service wasnt the greatest. The food quality was worse. Fried and tots were Luke warm out the door, a simple hotdog got messed up. They also were like warm bun was tough along with the dog. I really have had better hot dogs from a 7/11.

Parked at car serve area and the speakers are way too loud. I asked the cashier if there was a way to turn it down she said no. She said it very rude. Employee # 34 is what it says on my receipt. Uncomfortable experience.

Sucked did not get any food due to employees would not even take my order even after walking up to building went back to car the a black man pulled up and got service instantly. Very racist will never go to another sonic

Average food chain, nothing special. The burgers were really good other the the toxic amount of grease on them that made the delicious. Onion rung rings were nice. The pretzel dog was a lot of bun with a small wiener.
