Today (March 10, 2017) I went and ordered a BLT, cheese tatter tots & med drink (which was not offered as a combo). I added 4 pc of cheddar peppers and a kids meal for my son. The cost was $17. I get my food, tatter tots were warm, hard, not fresh. When I realized I got tatter tots with no cheese I said to her, "I am sorry, I ordered cheddar tatter tots." She says, "Oh, I thought you said Cheddar peppers". I said "I did, but I also wanted cheeses on my tatter tots." She said "oh, well I can put cheese on them but it will cost extra." This is my issue...I just paid you 17 FREAKING DOLLARS FOR FOOD AND YOU ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR SOME CHEESE THAT WAS YOUR MISTAKE? "Ridiculous." Not cool. Burgers are ALWAYS SOGGY (if I even spelled that right). No longer a favorite place to eat. :(.

We have called Sonics corporate phone number to complain about this Sonic. On one occasion, we waited 30 MINUTES to get TWO DRINKS! On at least two other occasions, we left without even ordering because no one responded to us. After more than 5 minutes after we pushed the button, no one had asked us for our order. Weve left the drive-through line because no one was taking orders. This Sonic should be SHUT DOWN!

This sonic is terrible. Ask for a cheeseburger with added bacon...pay for said added bacon....get no bacon. Ask for a nerds slush...get a slush with a whopping 12 nerds in it. The quality of the food is questionable, the attitude of the staff is horrendous and you get to sit there and wait for your order or food. Go somewhere else.

Several times over the past month my orders are consistently wrong. Today they tried to give me some blue drink only and charge me 18 dollars. Ive been coming here because its convenient but today is the last time. I didnt even get straws with my drinks. And to think people like this want 15 dollars an hour..

Recently got a supersonic burger meal and a pretzel dog with cheese and bacon. The burger buns were soaked to where i couldnt eat my burger, the hot dog had one solid piece of bacon and no cheese. Id upload pictures but it makes me sick to look at. Disgusting and poor service. Never eating here again.

This Sonic location is my goto place when Im looking for a awesome burger. Now they one upped it by covering my meal when my card was damaged and only had two bucks in my wallet plus an appetite. They made me feel like a customer and not a reject, thanks Sonic Ill be back.

got my boyfriends complicated drink order right but messed up my simple orange Fanta float order.. tasted nothing like Fanta and it was just ice and "soda" seems like they forgot the float part.. even they charged me for it...

Food quality is inconsistent. Service is decent. The fried food always taste like the oil is four days past the point of needing to be charged. Often the fries taste so bad you cant eat then.
