SILK BRIDAL IS EXQUISITE. Tucked away in a shopping plaza, you open the doors and are transformed into a wedding world of wonder, dresses are hung up high, by designer draping to the ground, and adorned with shiny things galore at every corner - whether its earrings, hair pins, or belts. There are two bridal podiums, on separate sides of the salon, allowing two brides to have separate but special moments with their family/friends, who can sit on beautiful plush couches. There were LOTS of dresses to pick from in my budget (under 2,000) and the staff was amazing! The ladies at silk are LOVELY! I did not feel pressured AT all to make a decision AT ALL when in their salon. Making decisions are very difficult for me most times, but the ladies allowed me to think about my dress, and SUPPORTED me wanting to leave and maybe come back. Turns out, while at ANOTHER salon, I couldn’t STOP thinking about my dress and Silk EVEN allowed me to come back THAT SAME DAY and have my very special “say yes to the dress” moment with my mom, dad, and soon to be mom. Jenna, knows I have Celiac and even checked on the ingredients for the champagne for me - talk about customer service! I was welcomed back with open arms and the ladies allowed me to PUT the dress back on, veil, and have my special moment, together, as a salon, I felt that EVERYONE was truly happy for me. It was SO nice that all of the ladies shared in my excitement as well, and the champagne popping made me feel like a princess. BEST PLACE TO GO IN ROCHESTER, HANDS DOWN FOR THE ATMOSPHERE, THE WORKERS, AND THE SELECTION <3 FATIMA IS AN INCREDIBLE SEAMSTRESS AND WORKS WONDERS - she put up with my indecisiveness about my dress for MONTHS - I had my first fitting, hated it (sound familair) and they allowed me to come back THE SAME DAY to then CUT OUT all the crenalin in my dress. Fatima helped me through the process and helped me love myself in my dress and not to be so critical. INCREDIBLE <3

My experience with Silk Bridal Boutique was wonderful at first. Things could not have been better! However, once my ex fiancé called off our wedding, and I canceled my dress (no refund on down payment), I thought I had heard the last of the reminders of my heartbreak. I was very wrong! Nearly four months to the date from when my ex fiancé canceled our wedding, Silk Bridal Boutique called to say "Kristen, your dress has arrived and I am looking right at it! It is beautiful!!" I held back my tears and politely said "I canceled my dress almost four months ago". After a brief hold they came back on the line and said "oh it was our mistake. We were able to stop shipment on the dress." That was all I got! Not an apology for making the mistake in the first place, but also no apology or remorse for bringing up the heartbreak I have endured for the past few months. This was unacceptable and I could not resist placing this review. Like I said, the first experience with them was lovely, but after this absolutely unacceptable "mistake" (oops), I have nothing good to say about Silk Bridal Boutique.

My friend is getting married and we have gone to several different bridal shops. Silk Bridal is definitely on top of there game. The customer service was out standing to the whole team. Thank you for a great day ladys!!! The shop has a great selection of bridal gowns that were different than any other place we visited. However if you are trying to keep your budget more on the lower side ask about price before you book your appt.

I cant thank Silk Bridal enough for making my wedding experience so special!!! Going to the Boutique was by far the most relaxing experience of planning the wedding and became my oasis. I cant say enough about Fatimas skills as a seamstress, she blew me away! Thank You!!!!
