Susan at Gilded Bridal was hands down amazing! I met her at a west elm bridal event. She was warm and personable and her collection of dresses was beautiful. Susan was incredibly accommodating - my work schedule can be crazy and I dont get many days off and so she kept the store open late on a friday evening for me and a few friends. Finding a dress can be stressful but she made it fun and easy! Fast forward a few few months to our fitting - the store itself was beautiful and Susan was as warm, generous, and professional. She had a huge range of dresses that were unique and beautiful. While I didnt find the right dress, Susan was so amazing that I wish I could by a dress from her! Do yourself a favor and make Gilded your first...or last stop on the wedding dress shopping train.

I had the most amazing experience at Gilded. It was the first store I went to in Raleigh to try on dresses, and Susan made me feel right at home. I had a vision in my mind for what I wanted, but since I hadnt tried on dresses Susan helped me pull a variety of different dresses. She was very respectful of my budget as we were going through and looking at dresses, making me feel really comfortable. Even though my appointment was late on a Friday, she was patient with me and very helpful as I tried on dresses. Also, the dressing rooms are really well designed and made the experience feel very private. I went to 3 or 4 other stores in Raleigh and it was my best experience by far. I ended up finding my dress here and would highly recommend the store to any future brides.

This was the third salon I visited, and wow it was the absolute best. Susan was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating! Susan helped me by mixing and matching multiple dresses, and did a great job at keeping us under budget. She listened to all of my opinions on the dresses and helped me nail down my thoughts. I wont be buying my dress from them, which I am actually really sad about. However, Susan really helped me nail down exactly what I wanted and solidified a dress I saw at a salon in Virginia a few weeks prior. It was such a tough choice, but I really feel that they played a HUGE hand in helping me get my perfect dress. The salon is beautiful, the dresses are stunning, and it was honestly the best experience. I highly recommend for any brides in NC!

Im so glad I had the opportunity to consult with Heather. She completely understood my needs and what I was looking for and offered many suggestions for how the dresses I tried on could potentially be adapted by the designers they work with, which was very helpful in making a decision. I had visited about 6 other salons in Raleigh and other cities and Gilded Bridal was by far the loveliest shopping environment I encountered. The salon itself is really beautifully designed and dressing rooms are completely private from other areas of the shop. I would highly recommend shopping here.

AMAZING shop! Very good selection of quality gowns and a wonderful store set up that offers brides plenty of room and privacy in beautifully decorated dressing rooms. Susan was extremely kind and and graciously spent 3 hours helping me try on dresses without once making me feel rushed. I am a larger bride and Susan was able to clip each of the dresses in the back very nicely so that I could still get a good feel for how the dress would look in my size. By far the best experience I had while searching for a dress! You will not find a more kind and patient store owner than Susan!

I cant say enough nice things about Gilded Bridal! As a plus size bride, I was very anxious about going to a shop that didnt specifically cater to those sizes. The consultant I worked with was completly understanding, and immediately eased my anxiety, saying they had a varitey of sizes and plenty of tricks to trying on dresses. I was able to try on a very wide variety of dresses, there were no high pressure sales tactics, and it was a wonderful experience!

I cannot say enough great things about this BEAUTIFUL boutique! I had an amazing experience this past weekend here. Heather was so sweet and a joy to work with. She helped me find a dress that I am absolutely in love with! She made is very easy for me to be myself and feel comfortable. The process was so much fun and they were very accommodating.
