I printed one color double sided piece of normal paper and it only cost me $11. I checked to make sure they didnt print it on gold leaf but no. They stood around talking in the back room for 10 minutes to get me a piece of paper to print on. Then, only after I went to pay did they tell me there is a $9 fee to print anything digital. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $9? As if printing something digital was some out of the ordinary service. They literally just had to open the file and press print. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I just had a printing job completed with the help of the staff. It consisted of color photo collage on one side, a letter on the other. With their advice, I folded the letter, made a space for the address, return address, and stamp...they printed, folded and closed with a tab 120 pages. It looked great.. saved me from stuffing envelopes and I am so satisfied... cost was less than $100.. with their help, a few edits, and 24-hour turnaround. Very satisfied.
