I love FastSigns! Their products are great but the customer service I received from the graphic designer named Chris Mortimor was EXCELLENT. He was kind, patient, understanding and extremely helpful. I have started a small business and this was my first attempt to create my own Marketing signs for my accounts. When I went into FastSigns, I wasnt sure what I wanted to do. But Chris asked really good questions and really listened to what I was trying to accomplish. he walked me through my options and shared his opinions with me and we moved forward and created Marketing materials that I am very proud of and know will help move my business. I appreciated Chris and FastSigns more than you could know, and think your company is lucky to have such a fine professional young man to work directly with customers, someone who really listens to customers and aims to meet their specific needs. I will definitely do future business with FastSigns and recommend the company, and Chris, to others.

Be cautioned about this place. Just so you dont undergo what we went thru. Customer relation is the worst part of this place.They are expensive compared to other signs specialists like signsbytomorrow who are 30-40% cheaper. When we walked in they said the design is free but after the design is finalized they mentioned the design is $80/hr even though they did not charge us for it. They have the price match guarentee...which will never work, they have several discolsures about the price match. We had trouble matching the price due to the undisclosed disclosures." They can and would change the price match guarentee rules on the fly". Their work was not as bad as the experience with fastsigns westbroad. You will be a happy person if you are ready to pay 40-50 % extra fees and ask no question about their price match guarentee..

I wanted to send a quick compliment to your team at this location, specifically Edward Kramer. He took ownership of my small project from beginning to end and was very patient with me and treated me like a VIP client, even though my job was very minimal. He was personable, and made sure that I knew my business was valued. Upon return to pick up my product, he recognized me immediately and he made sure to invite me to return, whether at that location or the Downtown location where hes moving to. Being in the customer service industry, I always appreciate great service, so thought someone should know! And thank you for a quality product that was ready a day before expected! -Neema

I went in this place the other day to buy 5 of those wire stakes. They refused to sell them to me because it did not meet their minimal purchase. What type of company refuses to sell you something when all they do is walk to the back and grab the product from a box. I simply went down the street 2 light to Signs by Tomorrow and got what I needed, no thanks to Fastsigns. Worst company I have ever tried to do business with. Never again will I use Fastsigns for anything.
