I have used this store for multiple services to include shipping and receiving packages. i have found that the employees are rude and not costumer service oriented. I had arranged to have a package delivered to this UPS Store. It arrived on Friday around 1:30 PM. I had expected it to be delivered on Saturday. I went to retrieve it on Sunday to find the store closed. I then returned on Monday afternoon to pickup the package only to find that they had returned it on Monday morning. This is less that 2 days that they held the package. According to the rude employee, Jack, it is the store owners policy to return packages that are shipped to the store if they have not been notified to expect it. He went on to say that the package must have the recipients contact information visible. I have shipped to other UPS stores and to FedEx the same type of package. This store does not value the customer or provided customer service.
