I have been a patron of Panera since its inception and have always loved the fresh food at a reasonable price, Recently on Thursday, November 6, I took my daughter and 2 grandchildren to dine. I usually have "Pick 2" and was very surprised at the cost of my meal. In the past "Pick 2" had one price for 2 items bur apparently the menu prices have changed and the cost went up about 25%. I was so surprised that I asked a gentleman when I picked up our orders to explain the bill to me. Jay was VERY helpful and kind and said that yes, the prices had changed. He later came out to our table with goodies for the kids saying , "I want you to leave having a pleasurable experience". I was very touched by his thoughtfulness as well as professionalism and wanted the store to know what a wonderful employee they have. Thank you, Jay! Fran McCarthy

Love Panera bread, café style atmosphere and food makes for a great lunch spot. Everything Ive had from Panera has been very good and consistent, which is saying a lot considering they have quite a few locations. Went their recently and had one of their soup bread bowls, which is no brainer for roughly 5$. They also have a Pick 2 deal where your can combine things such as a sandwich and a soup. I personally love to couple the Bacon Turkey Bravo and they Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and it never disappoints. Had a cinnamon roll there and it was pretty good and filling, but thats the extent I had of their baked goods. One is to assume that the rest of the baked goods would be pretty good as well. Overall I think Panera is a pretty solid spot to get lunch.

I normally do not complain this place was dirty six employees standing around. Every table dirty and the bathrooms were nasty, tried to talk to staff they could careless. This place only had maybe ten people in the place.We will not return to this location $40.00 for our food order to be all wrong. Had this been our first visit to penara bread we would never return to any. The penara in victor offers great service and a clean place love that location.

First we were told that half our order wasnt available after ordering at a kiosk. This would have been fine, except we then waited a half an hour for our food to be ready. We complained and the employee there was nice enough to give us a free pastry along with our food. However after we took our food to go I discovered my sandwich was made incorrectly. It was just one issue after another. Ive had much better experiences at other panera locations.

This store sucks!!! Can someone please explain to me how a store that specializes in bread runs out of bagels on at least a weekly basis? Its incredibly frustrating to drive to Panera only to constantly find out theyre out of plain bagels. This has happened 5 times this month alone, and has been on ongoing problem for over a year. Theres no excuse for running out of inventory more than once in a blue moon. None. Piss poor management.

The food was good. The service not so much. The girl at the counter ran out of ones while trying to make change for the lady in front of me. It too her 15 minutes to come back with them. But even more disturbing was the Togo car parked in one of the only 2 handicap parking places for that whole side of the plaza. She did not have a handicap tag either I checked. She then took the to go sign off of her roof and left the car there.

We would like to thank Nicole in the catering dept at Panera Hyland Dr for delivering Highpower a fantastic lunch. We have used Panera for all of our Administrative and Guest luncheons throughout the past few years since we opened our doors. i absolutely love panera but theyre constantly forgetting to put stuff in my order. I ordered a bread bowl today to go and didnt notice that i didnt even get the actual bread bowl until i got home. didnt get the croutons with my french onion soup either. if im waiting 20 minutes for yall when you arent even busy i expect to have everything i paid for.

Food quality and options are fantastic, but service is, in a word, chaotic. There has not been a time Ive been there for brunch that my order hasnt been wrong, had items missing, or that has required me to in some way unnecessarily wait or fight to get my food brought to me, or handed to me over the counter.

Food is fairly consistent with orders being messed up once in a while. Service is way too slow, Ive waited over 15 minutes for my food before which is ridiculous when they market themselves as fast casual. For the amount of time and money I spend, Im better off going to a casual restaurant.

Very long wait at the counter with just one person ahead... Someone came to assist but unfortunately too late. Then our order took more than 12 mins to come where others got it in 3 and the preset wasnt the right one as well . Disappointed in this locations service .

This location is always clean and organized. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing! Recently, they installed self-serve kiosks and they really speed up ordering if the line (for a cashier) is long. I would definitely recommend this location.

Ive visited this and the other Paneras in this area for a few years now. Today was one of the best experiences by far. Great food, coffee excellent as ALWAYS (more Dark Roast please), and the staff were fabulous. Nice, very nice!

Panara bread is our favorite place to eat an early dinner for my Mom and me. One of our favorite soups is their broccoli and cheese. We always make sure that we have a couple of bowls to take home with us to enjoy later on!

Good food and increased my review to 4 stars as they have messed up my order in 3 visits. Used to be in couldnt order without them messing it up. It was a running joke for awhile to guess what they got wrong.

Coffee (Cafe Mocha) is spot-on and the French Toast Bagel is a neat twist on breakfast. Service was a little slow but nothing out of the ordinary for Panera. Staff was friendly and dining area clean.

Great place for soup and sandwiches. We go to Panera Bread for casual meal with couples or small groups because the food is good, setting is comfy and casual, and its quiet for easy conversations.

Everytime I order from the kiosk, 5 minutes after I order and and waiting they always tell me my stuff is no longer available. They also did not refund stuff I ordered but did not receive.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for a quick lunch, only due to workers mixing up orders and a problem with the ordering kiosk, we were there for an hr and a half.
