Bad drink, bad attitude. Drink that Ive gotten hundreds of times didnt taste right. Their motto is let us know if its not right and well remake it, right? So I nicely said, "I get this drink all the time and this just tastes off, would you remake it but try making it ristretto with one more pump mocha?" Daniel cant just nicely say, "Im sorry, let me remake that for you." No, I have to deal with his attitude, "Well that will taste completely different because thats a different drink. But, sure its no problem." 1) I know its no problem, its your job. 2) its not a completely different drink. Ive been to enough Starbucks to know that some machines are not calibrated and ristretto at one shop is not the same as the next. And mocha pumps vary by store, too. Some are short, some are longer. I usually only want 3 pumps, but it wasnt enough so I wanted one more. Keep the attitude to yourself. Daniel remade it but it still tasted like crap and I wasnt up for an argument or another try, so I just asked for a refund. His apron said he was a veteran so I certainly appreciate any veterans service to this country. Hope it better than his service at Starbucks because that visit was abysmal. Ill never go back to that location.

Ive been disappointed by several Starbucks for the lack of sitting space, but this one actually has a reasonable amount of seats for people, including space outside, so generally I was pretty happy with it. I also got my drink quite rapidly, which was good. The interior decor is pretty much like every other Starbucks, but if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and a get a little bit of work done, this is not a bad place to go.

Cashier failed to ring both of us us properly - apparently redeeming free drinks is super hard! Then they made both our drinks wrong. I have a food allergy and they tried to hand me a drink that would have literally required medical intervention despite me clearly stating what I wanted and it being written on the cup.

Great service very accommodating. We always order for the office and theyre always able to get ~15 orders at a time. They did it this morning with only two employees! Shout out to Lilly! I wish I could remember the other gentlemans name also. 5 stars every time. Thanks from the entire staff at Nissan!

This is our go-to location in the west end. The employees are always nice and drinks are always well made. Beware of certain hours though....went at 10 am on a weekend and took 40 minutes to get my tea, and drive through lines are usually really long during morning commute hours.

People were very friendly. It was 8 on a Sunday, so not a whole lot of traffic. Knowledgeable on selections and a great atmosphere with outdoor seating.
