I stop at this store every single day Mon-Fri. I am consistently greeted by "Ms. Pat".No idea who this lady is besides working at this store. It is "HER" who makes the store. Consistent customer service. Consistent warm and friendly greeting. Not just with me but with every single person that comes in the store: Regulars or people that travel from far away. She greets each customer with "Good Morning Darling. How are you Darling. I love you Darling. You have a wonderful day Darling." It hard and exhausting to greet every single person. But she does it! While she working: Ensuring coffee is out. The coffee area is clean. The drink area is clean. And sometimes,EVEN WHEN MAKING THE FOOD! Excellent store because of her. Excellent customer service.

This wawa is usually awesome and everyone is usually friendly. Today not so much. You could tell the customers were thrown off from this also. Not going to name any names. Just disappointed. From working in customer service, no hi, hello, just the total and heres your money. Ask for cigarettes just a short fast i.d. And then total, nothing else. Just rubbed me the complete wrong way. Everyone has bad days but fake it til you make it. Hope this improves.

The service was very slow when I went and they messed up our order, giving milk to my wife who cant have dairy, and giving me soy in my drink. The food tasted fine but was sloppily put together and was a mess to eat.

Always get my gas at a wawa. This one is on my way to/from work. Coffee is the best Ive had and their food is great too. Can be soggy at times but good. Air pumps for tires and desial fuel. Staff is usually friendly.

We are from Maine but every time we come to visit family in VA we stop by to grab a hazelnut ice coffee. The Wawas hazelnut creamer is the best. The place is most always clean.
