Tatum Still Vlogs

I have gone to this location ever since it opened up (appx. 8 years ago). I would go there several times a month, always had great service, etc. Over the last year or so, the service and drinks have been bad. Three different times I was given an extremely runny drink (Frappuccino), twice I was given the wrong drink and two other times the customer service was not good. Two employees were arguing in front of all the customers. I will only go back if I cant stop at the one in Target. I dont know if management or something has changed, but it hasnt been good.

This location can be very busy, with long lines inside and at the drive-thru (sometimes cars are lined up around the building). During some of these times I find that they seem understaffed. I have found that the best option is to do an in app order before I get there, which really reduces the wait time. Drinks are not always consistent as well. I have ordered the same iced coffee multiple times, and find them to be all over the place in regards to coffee strength and sweetness. On the plus side, staff has always been pleasant and helpful.

Im not particularly fond off coffee but this place has other things that are pretty good. I got a cinnamon roll which was fairly tasty, and I also got a strawberry lemonade smoothie which would have been good had the person taking more order mistakenly thought I wanted it mixed with coffee, which led to a very interestingly flavored drink. However, the staff were very friendly, and the service was fairly quick considering they were busy when I went, so I will probably go back eventually.

This Starbucks is always packed. As former Starbucks barista, I know that they need to address the drive-thru quickly. However, it is a bit frustrating to wait ten minutes for a few drinks (inside) when the drive-thru is packed. The store is in a convenient location if you are shopping at Target, Giant, or any number of other retail destinations. No problem with order quality. I do not recommend the Salted Caramel Mocha. I think it tastes like a mocha with popcorn flavoring.

I always have to wait 10 minutes for my plain bagel at the chambersburg starbucks , but today it was just a couple cars in the drive thru, not only I waited a very long until the person in front of me got his order, when I finally got to the window the lady was very rude and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my plain bagel, when I ask them how much longer I had to wait she told me theyre toasting my bagel now, when I finally got my order they didnt give me napkins.

I frequently try to go to this location to get cold brew but they never seem to have it. I usually end up going to the much smaller location across the street inside of target to get what I want. It is a shame that a stand alone location such as this one doesnt have the products they advertise, but a smaller location which isnt meant to have everything doesnt see to have an issue. I think that if something is so popular it makes sense to have more on hand...

Very busy store, with excellent friendly staff. I get an Ice Latte Machi here everyday. It can be extremely busy at this location, order ahead works best, no lines in and out quickly. We as customers need to be patient giving ourselves extra time esp. in the morning. I enjoy coming here to relax for a few minutes of peace. Tellm Aidan says "Hi".

Pretty standard Starbucks. I dont typically like to go to chains but when I am traveling it tends to be the easiest. I went here a lot when I was in town and I found the breakfast sandwiches to be very inconsistent. Sometimes they were burnt, other times not hot enough. Its located on a somewhat busy corner as well with a small parking lot.

Service was ok, coffee was great as from any other Starbucks. However, the facility was is such disarray with clutter everywhere. Coffee beans were spilt onto the counter, old drinks setting around on tables, floor was cluttered with debris, and just all around the most dirty Starbucks I have ever been in.

Ive been a regular for quite some time here and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The coffee is consistently ok. I say ok because there have been several times where the coffee was burned and the taste pretty bitter. I still recommend it though because it is not a normal occurrence.

This Starbucks was good as a Starbucks, but the location is very difficult to get to. We turned off 81 hoping for a quick easy stop, but realized it was a very busy difficult road to get across and deal with. Although it was very close to 81, and fairly easy to get back on the highway.

Hands down the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever seen. Trash was overflowing. Litter was on the floor. The area behind the counter was scattered with papers. The floor area back there clearly hadnt been mopped in a week. Cream containers were empty. The coffee was fine, though.

Starbucks shares a building with Five Guys which is where I am. Ive had a$5.00 Starbucks gift card riding around in the door pocket of my car for about 3 years now and somehow my life doesnt feel incomplete for never having darkened the door of a Starbucks.

I always stop here on my trips back and forth from Winston Salem, NC to Coatesville, PA. They always happily go the extra mile to make me happy, often doing a pour-over for me, and they are all very friendly, even when the place is really busy.

I love my starbucks; however I have had three drinks in the last week made incorrectly here. Although the barristas remake it, it would be nice to order something and get it made right the first time so I do not have to wait to have it remade.

I tried to go here on two different occasions, on each visit what I wanted was either sold out or made incorrectly. Horrible service, if you have a few extra minutes I would recommend the starbucks across the street in Target. So much better!

Typical Starbucks...good as always. The design of the building and the parking lot is weird and not the best Starbucks Ive been in, but does that really matter? Its all about the coffee and good times with friends and family!

They ran out of Pikes Place medium roast and the current dark roast ran out after filling my cup only 3/4 of the way full. I was charged full price for that cup even though I said no room for creamer... Coffee was good though.

It took them 15 minutes to get my drink and then I had to tell them what my drink was so they could make it. Everyone else after me had already gotten their drinks. Then I asked for no whip cream and they put it on

New and nice location however the drink I ordered didnt taste like coffee at all. Oddly enough when I picked up my drink at the counter another woman had returned complaining about her latte tasting like water.

The drinks came out fine, although I had to wait 20 minutes or so and they even had to re-ask what my order was and while making my order they spilled it and had to redo! Really unorganized..
