If you like coffee you will like this place. However if you a "Starbucks" love your coffee full syrup and sugar this is NOT your place. The coffee These guys are legit roasters making craft coffee. The Barista Will was amazing in his knowledge of coffee gave me a great lesson in all types of coffee. I decided to go with a Mocha which was an amazing balance of a bitter sweet chocolate, expresso and frothed milk. One of the best I have in a long time. Will also gave us a try of their cold brew. The process they use is 12-24 hours to brew it. They even use milk from a local farm! I bought some beans to take home and try I cant wait!! I was really impressed these guys know their craft well!! My only complaints are two minor things one it is it a bit pricey but I would pay for it. The main one is the only thing I could grab to go with it was a few cookies. I hope they expand in the future to add thing to pair their amazing coffee too. Will said they were moving to a better location a few blocks away soon so make sure you check before you go!

Coffee is of the utmost important for me. I used to work as a barista in Atlanta, and I attended professional training courses in Atlanta. So naturally, finding good coffee in Rochester is important to me. I was a little disappointed by the offerings in ROC until I found Fuego. My first time was at their old location and I ordered a cappuccino. The body of the espresso was stellar and the milk was not oversteamed or burnt. Ive gone back numerous times to verify that it wasnt a fluke, and rarely have I ever been disappointed. Its clear the owners put great value into training their baristas to not cut corners and appreciate the quality of the craft. Without a doubt, Fuegos is my #1 spot for coffee in Rochester. Take it from a barista – if youve never been, it is absolutely worth the visit. Favorite items: Cortado, French Quarter, matcha

This place is exceptional compared to any cafe you can find in Rochester. The coffee is roasted to perfection right here in Rochester by the owners. The Barista knows exactly what shes doing and will always serve you the best cup of coffee youve ever had. You will never get a bad one. Ever. Virginia is energetic, nice, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. If youre really looking for the best then come to Fuego.

The coffee is really acidic, which is my least favorite type of coffee. A lot of other coffee shops Ive stopped by in Rochester have had more full bodied, mild acidity beans which taste much better in my opinion. Also they only have almond milk, which I thought was unusual. So this place will rock your world if you like both of these things, but its not for me.

Clean, open, industrial feel. It has a pretty typical city coffee shop atmosphere, but for me the coffee is the real draw. They roast their own coffee, and use a variety of brewing techniques, including chemex, French press, pour over, etc. Its also nice that if youre in a hurry they have drip coffee ready to go.

Great offerings on the Kalita. Also has a matcha latte. Very nice strong Cappuccino with the appropriate foam to milk ratio. The Colombian coffee has darker tasting notes than most Colombians that I am used to, was great brewed on the Kalita for my morning cup.

Great atmosphere, plenty of seating to be on computer. But limited outside sitting as of now. The iced French Quarter was so good i had another. There is a small menu of bake goods. If you need to start your "Happy Hour" ....bar in back of coffee shop enjoy.

Fantastic gem of a coffee shop. They roast their own coffee at an offsite facility - its fresh and roasted well. The baristas were knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me some local restaurant recommendations for my visit to Rochester.

Hands down Rochesters best coffee shop, the chipotle mocha and cortado are my favorites. I have yet to find a cup of coffee I enjoy more. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere has a great vibe.
