Terrible first experience. I am done going to this Krispy Kreme. I will be taking my business to the Alexandria one. They didnt let me in when they let like 5 people in right before me including one of my friends. They told me im not allowed in because they are closing. That was total bs and they knew it. They told me i could yell to my friend to tell him to get me donuts but wouldnt even let me stand in line with my friend. Theyve lost my business completely. Hope no one else has this happen to them.

The $0.80 special is a crock! After standing in line for 20 minutes, you get to the register to order your dozen donuts and then they tell you it will be an hour + wait for the glazed $0.80 special. Ester, the manager, told me the wait would be longer. They should tell the people in line. That was nonsense. Half of us in line walked out. The poor people who already paid got screwed. Bad Move Krispy Kreme! That is bad business.

This place has the FRIENDLIEST staff! There usually is a line when I come here, but it moves fast as they have a lot of people helping with check-out. They have an area you can watch the donuts being glazed which is great if you have kids! They also have a drive-thru which sometimes takes a while if the people before you dont have an idea of their order before hand. They also have the "HOT" donuts being made sign as well!

Love krispy but there giveaway was a tad lame.... I def passed on it Sit in line for 15 hrs o vernite, in the rain, and no tents allowed???? And get 1 doz a month not up to par with chik filas as there u can have shelter, u get fed day and nite, and not to mention all the entertainment and games going on. Will be curious if the store let peo hang out inside for awhile during the rain..

You cant really go wrong at Krispy Kreme. Especially since they have an app now to tell you when the hot light is on! I went opening weekend so the line was still out the door, but it moved fast. They had a system for getting the hot donuts to everyone and it went very smoothly. Donuts were melt in your mouth good as always!

While I am not a donut fan my son found this Krispi Kreme location where they make the donuts on site. The store is located in Manassas and to my surprise is a very clean store, everyone is friendly, the donuts are made on site very fresh, the taste is very different from the store bought ones. Recommended.

Stopped in around 7:30 pm. Watched some donuts being made. Ordered a dozen, ate one before hitting the door. In and out in less than 5 minutes, with no problems. Its still new and its still busy. With that being said my experience was great. The staff was friendly and service was great.

This is a great place to have coffee and a doughnut. The employees there are always welcoming and very friendly. There is also a drive through for those cold and or rainy days you dont want to get out the car but still want a delicious doughnut and tasty coffee.

I love this place. The donuts are consistently amazing and its hard for me to only get one (or two). Always fresh off the machine and its also very interesting to see the whole donut automation process. Service has always been great as well.

Since its only been open about 2 weeks, to my surprise, I only stood in line for 15 minutes. The worst glazed donuts ever! I dont know what happened to the recipe or that particular KK, but they were terrible! The chocolate glazed were fine.

So I just waited in line for a hour just to buy regular glazed Donuts. I didnt want the special I just wanted to get some fresh hot donuts. And they wouldnt sale them to me.whats the point of having the hot light on???

The best ever donut shop. Same delicious variety. They have a drive thru window -- or eat inside and watch donuts being made. They sell nostalgic coffee cups and their brand name coffee by the pound.

Drive thru line was a little long, but in about 15 minutes we had Solar Eclipse Chocolate Kermes and regular Kermes and we were on our way. Much better than the Pumpkin Spiced Krispy fiscao.

Visited on "eclipse" Monday. Very friendly staff and service. Pleased with my eclipse doughnuts although I felt bad for the people behind me because the eclipse doughnuts were almost gone.

Promotion days they have a separate drive-thru line so where they make everybody that comes in to wait 2 hours for doughnuts people and the drive-through get it as soon as they order.

Plain glazed are unbelievably good when they are hot. If you must buy them cold, covered and heated in the microwave for 5 seconds is an acceptable compromise.

Hot and fresh donuts start at 4pm on Saturdays. Be prepared for it to be crowded and loud. The wait is a little insane but its worth it for still warm donuts.
