This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The service is deplorable and I feel the staff would be happy if they didnt have customers to assist. Very ironic, as they chose to be in a business where one has to constantly deal with customers. Also dont be fooled when I say the staff is rude and think I mean only junior staff, the pharmacists are even worse. I called to get some general information on a prescription I wands speaking to the pharmacist, who was rude enough to tell me that I should call my doctor because they are too busy right now to field questions. Pardon me, but I thought that was one of the purposes of a pharmacist; to answer questions on a prescription they themselves issued to you. Save yourself the agony and choose another pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The service is deplorable and I feel the staff would be happy if they didnt have customers to assist. They are not picking up their phone for a long time. Customers are waiting for more than an hour to get their medicines. Pharmacist also does not have enough knowledge to answer patients question. I would recommed them to close this pharmacy because they do not want to do good business and they sharing patients information with others which is against HIPPA privacy rule. I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.

Staff are busy my friends, & there are a few staffs PRETENDING to work but, that is the Manager & CVS management problem! Dont let that stop you from shopping to get your wants, your sales discounts( should be much more ) and what you can afford. All the stuff you get right here in CVS. After that you can dine & wine at a Chinese buffet or go to your favorite fast food joint , across the street or just adjacent to the store. Parking available. Signing off your local . Pharmacy is ridiculously unstaffed. Holding time to speak to someone can go as long as an hour. And lets not talk about prescription ready time, might as well pick up the next day. I dont blame the technicians, only so much they can do. The store is a complete mess. Never in stock with sale items. There needs to be a reevaluation on how to improve their customer service.

Really kids, have no idea how to deal with customers. It use to be they were always out of stocks for general merchandise. Now day are out of stocks for prescription drugs too. Worse than that is my doctor sent prescription three days ago, but they never order it. Such a waste of time. On top of that they are not welcoming. Always bad experience at this place.

Sales start on every Sunday, shelves are empty by Monday morning. Hey manager order quantities the week before to get you thru the following weeks sale. Store sucks shelves always empty, staff lazy, manager favorite line "sorry truck already came for the week" "were happy to give you a rain check" "didnt come in". This location sucks needs to be closed asap.

One of the worst Pharmacys around, hoodlums stand at the door harrassing customers for money; the managers could care less, handicapped spots are occupied by non handicapped customers. The store never has enough inventory, usually one clerk for entire store. This place is totally non compliant for ill or convelescent customers. This is a caotic environment.

This is my worst visit forever.4 hours ago doctor send prescriptions for my kid, he is very bad ear pain and fever I been waiting at store almost one hour after I came, its look like renovation going here looks nice store but need to be faster service even you guys store shining

Its always been my default CVS location from home. However, I feel like theyre a bit understaffed and I always seem to run a bit of problems with the self-service machines. Despite of these conditions, Ill still go here because of convenience.

The worst CVS ever!!!!! Always crowded and always understaffed!!!! I called my refill in at 3:00pm, its 6:34Pm and its still not ready after I waited 20 minutes on line I have to wait another 10 minutes for them to fill my prescription. SMH

This is by far the worst CVS in the area. Someone needs to replace management with someone who know how to manage. DO yourself a favor if you need to use CVS and use the ones in Nassau which are close by.

Nicely stocked. 9/10 times i find what Im looking for. Employees are usually nice and friendly. Has 3 self-checkouts but at least 1 is always out of order and usually one 1 accepts cash.
