Although, I read reviews from time to time, Im not one to really write one but I read a review on here from Keith Hanlon and just needed to reply back to him and also let everyone know he is wrong. First, let me say, I got my puppy from Petite Pets last August and he is beautiful, healthy and happy. Petite pets is truly amazing and they do not get from puppy mills. They keep the establishment extremely clean and really take care of those babies. The staff is so friendly, caring and truly love those puppies. They will do whatever they can to help you and those puppies. Keith, I dont know if you will ever read this, Im sorry but obviously you have not gone in there otherwise, you could not have posted what you did because its not true. I understand everyone has their own views but to just post something because its only your belief and not true, is wrong! Keith said these puppies are in cribs -- what should they be in? Babies are placed into cribs. The puppies are placed in cribs that are extremely clean and open and large. They are not in a cage or on a cold floor. Keith - have you been in North Shore Animal League ?? They love their dogs too and they are on cold floors and in cages! Thats a reputable shelter. Petite pets puppies are healthy and they look healthy because they truly are taken care of. If someone is looking for a puppy, you should take a stroll in there and see for yourself.

**Note** I am very surprised to see that no one has taken the time to review this awful place/owner. My family has owned yorkies for the past 18 years, 4 total small teacup and toys. This is the first time I have gone into a store and been spoken to like a child that does not know better. I felt disrespected and belittled by the owner of this establishment when she asked about the age of my children and bluntly stated her opinion not fact on yorkies and children not being allowed of her customers when I never asked. I am a responsible adult capable of making real world decisions and do not require the opinions of the yorkie whisperer. The owner has very poor business practices and it is not surprising that there were no customers in the store or quality puppies. When I went, there were even two older maltese puppies that had the hip limb that is common of poorly bred dogs. This place is terrible and you are asking for trouble shopping here because the owner is crazy!!! Go elsewhere, Buyer BEWARE. If you do decide to buy here, good luck because it probably be out of business very soon.

DEVASTATED!!!!!!I have been a loyal customer for over 5 plus years ..... I have two small dogs that I faithfully took to get groomed from "Lou" ..... Last week I took one of the dogs to be groomed at 9 am and was told to pick him back up at 11..... When I returned my dog was in the cage not breathing right and I went outside where Lou was taking a smoke and to the front desk to the OWNER Barbara and said that he was not breathing right and the response I received was that "they are not vets " I ran out to get home to call my dogs vet and and in the meantime the dog not only couldnt breathe but he couldnt stand up on his legs ..... I rushed the dog to the vet an on my way I called petite pets back cause I couldnt understand what had happened to him within the two hrs I had left him there and I was told " HE WAS FINE ".... I arrived at the animal hospital at 11:45 and at 12 less that a hour later that I picked him up hes died

I would give this place no stars ìf i could. They put puppies in baby cribs for show. Mean while these dogs are móst likely being shipped in from puppy mills. Even ìf they breed their ơwn dogs,responsible breeders do not just sell their dogs to anyone with a stack òf cash. Ìf you want a purebred dog, please do your rêsearch. Find a reputable breeder!! Ìf your just looking for good family dog, ADOPT DONT SHOP. Please just dont impulse buy!! Tháts how most dogs end up in shelters. I know i deal with rescue ánd i sêe it all the time

I went to this place with my brother today looking for a dog for my mom. I wanted to see what puppies they had and a rude lady at the front desk bluntly stated that we werent there to buy them so if we wanted to play with dogs to just go to selmers. Obviously if were interested in looking at the puppies and see one we like we will buy one. How can someone just assume were not there to buy. Do not come to this place. Very rude.

I bought Lexi my teacup Yorkie from Petite Pets 13 years ago and she has been the most wonderful ,energetic, friendly and healthy dog .If I was there in New York I wouldnt hesitate to find my next one from them..This is a very sad time for me cause she is coming to the end of her life , she will forever be my best friend and in my heart..
