Worse service for people with disabilities and service dogs. Manager Yelena is in need of some training in The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 which is a US law that prohibits unjustified discrimination based on disability. She explained the store policy of pet on a leash. I explain to her that my dog was a service dog and the leash prevented him from doing its job. That I understood her policy with other dogs but nevertheless my dog was not running around the store and would be seated next to me at all times. She instructed other employees not to render services to me. I will never go back to this place.

The staff is very courteous and this store is very well located. There is ample parking. The store itself has a pet salon attached, adoption facilities, keychain kiosks, pet deli, training schedules and all sorts of little interesting things to make your pets life better. I would give it 5 stars if everything wasnt so overpriced. I literally go here only for the first time purchase, but once I am locked in on a product, I just go with Amazon. They charge even double on some of the products.

Their dog trainer Nat Miguel is amazing, I had a foster dog for many months, he helped me with her and taught her how to do disc/frisbee. Thanks to that skill she ended up getting adopted into a high level competition home where she lives the high life. It would not have been possible without him. I had her for 11 months, and thanks to him she finally got a new lease on life.

The staff at vet section is very unwelcoming and rude. I had kids with me who had their cat for vaccinations even they realized that how rude the staff was. Definitely not going back there.

Great Petco location, the staff is very nice, i found everything i needed, its spacious and clean and they usually have animals for adoption.
