I made an appointment for training one week before it was meant to begin. Both my mother and I planned the day around the time. When we walked into the store there was no trainer and we were told that they did not even have a trainer! We were not notified ahead of time. The store should have called those people affected instead of forcing them to drive all the way to the store just to walk out again. I inquired about a refund, but the employee assured me they hoped to find a trainer "soon" and to wait for a call from the store manager! Unprofessional and entirely a waste of my Saturday. I will not ever recommend using Petcos training services.

Felix Glass is a great asset to this company!!..instead of him trying to sell me the most expensive, he identified my needs and got me the best things for the right price..he is also a turtle lover..so he knew exactly what my "Royale" needed to make him comfortable..everytime I go to the I look for Felix...2 thumbs up!!!!

Disgusting treatment of animals. Reptiles are crammed into small pver crowded tanks with other reptiles much bigger than them. I just hope they give you a free gasket when you buy a gecko. Wishing i could rate less than 1 star.

Im sure this place is fine if you are looking for dog supplies. However, their cat supplies are seriously lacking. Every time I need something I come here first because I live nearby but I always leave empty handed.

The carts at this Petco do not have a child seat. I went to this store with my 9-month-old, and found it very difficult to shop while holding him.

Customer service needs improvement in the grooming department and my dogs haircut appeared that It was done by someone with less experienced
