I honestly dont understand how this place is still in business. When you go in there, its like a hoarders home. Everything is just piled up on the shelves & so close together that you can barely walk (or shall I say shuffle) around without almost breaking your neck. I even saw a couch cushion on top of a bird cage! The lady there has absolutely no idea what shes talking about, nor knows where anything is. And everything was completely covered in dust. Also there was a cockatiel in the back corner inside of a caged tank that sounded sick.And the way the turtles are kept in the tank at the desk are sad. Its literally just a tank with gravel and a little bit of water. No plants, or anywhere for them to move around. Someone replace this place with a REAL pet shop!!!

Just an absolutely terrible experience. Charged my credit card, did not deliver the product, do not respond to my emails, do not pick up the phone (and the voicemail box is full).
