Went to this location in order to get a different sized SIM card for my phone. First, I was told that I was not allowed to access the account because my license did not math 100% any of the names on the account. Weird because I have gone to other stores and they allow me to access the account. Secondly, they requested that I give them the PIN number to the account. The account is my parents so last time I visited a different ATT store, they texted my mom with a temporary PIN so I can access the account. Apparently this store does not do that because they have a new system? Weird that it doesnt work now when it worked perfectly fine at a different store last week. The employees at this store need to learn a little more about providing excellent customer experience. Will never visit this place again.

I had a wonderful experience when I had bad phone problem. I went in the store and Shane was a huge help. What was funny was the "experts" that work in the ATT corporate store in Wappingers told me the update was a Samsung problem, when it clearly was not. Huge shout out Springmobile!!
