At first, I was worried when I came into the store at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday, because I knew it would be crowded, and it was. Still, we got into line, and it moved quickly. I think it took a total of seven minutes to wait, which is much better than Id expected. Michael was able to listen to my problem (the app for voicemail on my HTC Galaxy had stopped working), get my information up, and fix the problem (and confirm it was fixed, too!) within five minutes. Thanks, Michael-- and thanks, Sprint store of Wappingers Falls!

Went in for a pokemon go badge , and the guy was rude about not giving them out. A friend of mine was just there this morning and got one.. hes not even a Sprint customer. This isnt a good way to promote a game and try to get customers to sign up to your company. I will never go to Sprint and my experience will be shared with niantic and the pokemon go community.

Service is good and staff is very helpful. The only thing is that people like to go to this store and they get busy. But its worth waiting for someone that can help you.
