This is a third party store and if something goes wrong with your phone they cant help you. I renewed my contract and purchased 4 new phone spend over 1K on the phones. Two out of 4 didnt work. Called the store they told me that I have to wait until they order "the envelopes". Called Sprint who stated we can go to their corporate store and they will take care of it. Went to corporate store and they were not able to help because phones were bought at 3rd party store. So even through their sign says sprint apparently their store is not supported by sprint. Called Spring many times in between. One of the customer service reps said just return the items to point of sales store and go buy them somewhere else. This store would not take my phones back. They said that they have to order return envelops and we can bring the phones back. Its been two weeks now and no return envelops. I called Spring but they cant help because this is a third party store. When I ask why does it take so long they state that they dont know. I called Sprint customer service again and they had to call the store directly, store told them that return envelopes were ordered but they dont know why it takes. You would think that they would call the place they that they ordered these envelops and find out why its taking so long and reorder them. So now its going to be a month since I ordered new phones originally and I cant use two of them and it looks like I wont see them anytime soon. So I am stuck because Spring would like to help but the cant and store just doesnt care because they made their sale. Still waiting.......

I had my phone crash the other day and i had lost my Mom a few months ago. With that being said I was in panic mode that i may have lost my last pictures of my dear Mom. With reassurance and professionalism, the service tech Nick was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! in addition i had to purchase a new phone and Ashley and Micheal were beyond helpful / informative and INCREDIBLE AT WHAT THEY DO... I GIVE them all a GOLD STAR & THIS PLACE A++ and will never go anywhere else. I will recommend this store to everyone i know. RAY KEEP UP THE GREAT TEAM AND TOP NOTCH BUSINESS.... If I could put 0 stars I would. The staff was horrible and they charged us an extra 100$ for a phone we did not want. We signed up for the buy one get one iPhone free and was supposed to get one 64mb full price and one 16mb FREE even though we told the associate (Vince) thats what we wanted he proceeded to bring out too 64mb and charge us 100$ extra and not tell us until the end of our transaction. We called sprint they were useless we three way called the store with sprint and the store hung up on us. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE EVER!! they also do not know sprint policy AT ALL!

I agree. Zero stars if I could. I just went in and told one of the reps that Sprint had offered me an early upgrade for a certain price. Well she immediately laughed at me, in which I asked why and she told me that they arent supposed to do that anymore. She continue and gave me an attitude in which I asked why she was talking like that to me and she immediately changed her tone. I left. Im going to Best Buy. Sprint should be ashamed that this store is associated with them.

If I could put 0 stars then that wouldnt even be able to express how awful this store has treated me and my mother!!! Told me I had to pay an extra $200 to use my upgrade AFTER I PAYED OFF THE PHONE. The manage has no idea what hes talking about and is EXTREMELY RUDE. Based off this my family and I will NEVER go back to this store and HIGHLY recommend the same to anyone else that uses sprint!!!!!

I got a iphone 7 from my wife but I cannot activate it with the sprint. They said my wife has to be at the store. Then they said that they dont have a sim card for iphone 7. So I dont understand how they sell iPhone 7 if they dont have a Sim card. They dont want to give me a simcard if i dont get the phone with them. Never sprint again Im going to cancel my account with sprint.

Ray had my iphon6 plus fixed in a hour. I was having trouble with my phone freezing and it was barely usable. He had the screen and earpiece replaced by there very competant technician. I had my daughter and wife and he did everything to get me out as fast as possible. Thanks for everything

I have had nothing but problems with any phone I get from this store and also many problems wirh the customer service at the store. They are always rude when Im there and obviously only care about making themselves more money before helping the customer.

The customer service was horrible. They actually made me wait 30 minutes just to drop off a phone for repair. Then they gave me an attitude which is so unprofessional. Do not go there. Call sprint support, you will be better off!
