Staff is very friendly and helpful. I could spend hours looking through their aisles and coming up with ideas. They try to keep the store cleaned and organized, but customers are always going through and putting stuff wherever they please instead of back in the spot that they found it. I most always find what I need here and they always have sales and coupons.

Just want to recommend the picture framing department, in particular, Laurie. I came in with a problem with a picture that had been framed by Michaels over 7 years ago, and Laurie fixed the issue beautifully. Thank you. Laurie, for your talent and professionalism!!

Yes the store is very clean. Lots of stuff some useful some, I am not sure... They do sell knitting | crochet yarns and tools and have a very good selection. Most of their yarns, however, are the acrylic kind.
