DONT SHOP HERE!! Tried to return an item that was defective, paid 20 bucks for it, lost the receipt, then they said it went on clearance and offered me 3 dollars and change. The staff was rude and had security throw me out of the store. The target return policy is in place to steal from consumers, as they stole from me. Boycott Target! Called customer service and they said they will not help and that target is worldwide so my business doesnt matter! Be warned! Later went to wal-mart and found the item cheaper. Bottom line, dont support a business that openly steals from consumers. One day you will share my problem. if anyone else had a miserable experience at this target please write a review and help warn people about their malicious business practices. This corporation needs to be out of business, dont tolerate targets antics. When they fail a better business will take its place. What an awful company!

The staff here are very rude the customer service sucks i asked a sales associate about a %30 off ticket price he became very nasty to me telling me he didnt know dont you work here??. & also Ive been there late just like any other woman i was taking my time shopping they were closing soon and the staff became rude once again rushing everyone & even shutting off the lights i have worked in retail most of my life and this is not how you treat your customers something needs to be done if this was not the only target near me i would not shop here the worst experience ever!!

Awful looking store when in comparison to the one in Brick, NJ. Unfriendly staff seem burdoned when you ask them for assistance which appears to be a reflection of the terrible management that I have had the misfortune of dealing with. The store is generally dirty and unkept. Sadly, this Target location is the closest to me and I am forced to go here when in a pinch, but when I am not in a hurry I will purposely drive 20 minutes extra to go to any of the Targets in the opposite direction. Avoid like the plague.

Dreadful experience. An employee tried to steal a gift card from us. We happened to find it on the floor of the store in an area we werent in that day. Once the chatter on the radio started about anyone finding a gift card, it magically appeared. Front end staff was not helpful at all. Basically shrugged it off and said "oh well." Had to get corporate involved, which was ACTUALLY helpful. This is a location I can confidently say I will NEVER return to, and I love Target.

I do not normally rate and review online but I feel completely compelled to.. Arthur is a great Team Member and went above and beyond to help me today! In a world where its sometimes easier to say no, especially on busy holiday weekends, Arthur took the time to help me and I cannot thank him enough. Because of team members like him, I continue to shop at Target! Thank you Arthur!

I absolutely LOVE Target. All of the Target stores are great!! This store is one of the BEST though. I actually prefer this store over the one I live 5 mins away from. Its very clean, & organized. Ive never had an issue with any of the employees, or any incidents. This store is much bigger than the one I live by in Middletown, & has a much better & bigger selection.

Store is beginning to go downhill. Used to love shopping here, but now it seems as though the shelves are always a mess, the baby clothes section is in complete disarray, and theres never enough registers open. Very disappointing

Good prices but they need to open more registers up at peak times. Employees are walking around working but only two registers open when you have 19 available. Thats poor management. Stock the shelves, at slow times.
