I first started my Windows phone At&t service here in November, with an employee who is still there & I had major problems, so went back yesterday, and the Manager, Ray Felton, took over. Ray clarified that much of what his colleague said was either incorrect or mis-communicated and promised, like any good manager would, that re would re-train his worker so that would never happen again. But to the the most important, unusual, and stellar information. Ray spent 45+ minutes with me at no charge, restoring my phone to full functionality, obtaining me full credit, in fact extending the credit, for my missed service, and got me a less expensive plan, as I had originally requested. He is highly knowledgeable technically, personally extremely affable and easy to understand with his advice, plus he takes his responsibility as a manager of your complete experience in the store very seriously. Those are gems which are find at retail establishments nowadays. Final special note. I happen to walk with a cane. Twice now when I have entered & exited the store one-time by Ray & one-time..by a woan employee, both hastened to hold open the door for me. That just doesnt happen often, unless people take seriously customer service & accommodating special needs. This place is unique. The product selection was also substantial & they serve the Greater Capital District, not just Glenville, Scotia or Scotia, as they are known for their services. Highly reccommend.

Terrible service, the multiple times I have been there, gave me additude and told me I didnt have access to my account in which I do. Had a screen protector installed there and it took the lady over an hour wile she chatted with a friend the whole time. Made multiple attempts to install the glass correctly and didnt. Then tells me at the end "I hope your not OCD" because the protector was All screwed up on the phone crook-ed . I was fed up after all the time I sat there and wasted and just bought another one and installed it myself.

If you want pure lip service stop in with a question. I have had trouble with my phone. I was able to specifically describe the trouble and asked for help. I got a shoulder shrug and was told when Id be available for a new upgrade. Gosh, thanks! I wont be back to buy from this place. Why bother having employees at this location if they cant help? I could have received this level of service from an unmanned kiosk.

These guys are awesome and super helpful, I had best buy screw up my account and after three different ATT stores these guys fixed it right away. Got my account fixed and discount on my plan in less than 15 minutes. They also kept the conversation going so it never felt awkward like these situations can.

Ray waited on me when I came by to see about switching from Time-Warner cables home phone service to AT&T. Not only did he lower my bill by 50-60%, he showed me the "old school" customer service that is rarely found these days. He was courteous and listened to what I was looking for. 5 stars from me

After trying to purchase service on line 4 times and not being able to work with a competent person I went to the AT&T store in town. They had what I needed and I had the service I needed in 15 min. I spent more than 3 hours working with AT&T online. Go to the store for better service!!
