The store has good products and details. But the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE RESPECT YOU RECIEVE IS THE WORSE.!!!! If i could rate this store a 0 i would. Im fed up with their disrecpect and lack of attentiin to customers. An example the general manager was their I ASKED HIM if he could help me. He says "okay" i havent even asked one question when he says" ummm i dont know look for it i have other customers to attend" ..ummm????? (I thought i was a customer) . And different occasions ive been in rockwall autozone and they dont ask me or other custormers i see walking in if they need help. The general manager and a a young mid 20s american man are the worst they lack the knowledge of auto.parts.!! Over all i rate them a.1... ohh by the way i went to oreailly and the autozone in royse city. What a diffference their great they will go out to your car and check with out you asking!! Auto zone in rockwall is trash compared to them.

No I will not return at all! You know i am a loyal customer to autozone but this one just bothers my inner nerve! I got a price for brake parts over the phone and asked for price match to Orilleys CERAMIC BRAKE PADS! Once I was there I found out that the pads they were giving me were some organic recycled trash for the price! I told right away that I was quoted over the phone! Their response: "We thought you were from a shop" People, commercial has its own phone line!! I guess they changed their mind once they saw me! Cant believe this crap! i bought the trash because i needed them, but i was tempted to drive all the way to Oreilly on Centerville in garland since they were the closest ones to having them.

This location was wonderful. Jim Davis the store manager went above and beyond the call of duty. Im from out of town and had car problems, he came and gave my car a jump. Then had me follow him back to the store and charged my battery. My car battery was in a difficult spot and he handled the whole situation. Amazing experience, I am so thankful. Keep up the wonderful customer service. And thank u so much!!

Had a battery under warranty go bad that left me stranded at my home. Mr Jim personally drove out and replaced it for me within 15 minutes. Ive always had excellent service with the Rockwall wall location but this really stood out. They will continue to have my business as long as I am in Rockwall. Top notch service, period.

decent autozone, not the best. when i ask them a question over the phone always turns out different when i arrive there and ask. and from my experience their customer prioritizing is garbage. i would give them 2 1/2 stars if i could

I had to give one star to rate a review however I would give them 0 I I could! No answer phone just rang for 13 min or longer! Nevermind I go to orileys all the time but they were out of what I needed Ill just wait!!!!

I was able to pick up oil and filter for $25 vs. $45. I would have spent much more on a synthetic oil change at any quick oil change. Took me 15 min and I taught my son to change the fluids in his own car.

After purchasing wiper blades and headlight bulb..the manager came out and installed it for me so I wouldnt get dirty. .these guys are great and awesome prices

Not as busy but I dont go here as often. I only go here when I have extra time in Rockwall so Im not usually pressed for time. Otherwise, the staff is good.

This AZ is ok. The folks there are average cashier types. For me the parts are less value for the money. So I prefer Oriellys.
