Horrible customer service. I asked if they had a junker car similar to mine so that i could look for a few parts i needed for restoration project And it lookded like the guy pretended to look it up on his computer. Then i asked if he had any other models similar to it and he said no without even blinking. My buddy then asked if he had a rear view mirror because he needed it for his car and the guy at the front desk said they had no rear view mirrors in any of their cars. I then asked if we could look around and he then said it would "waste his time". Even though my friend and inwjere the only costumers there. all the other scrap yards id been to that day where kind and cooperative. Another scrapyard owner laughed and thought i was jokeing when i told him about my experience

I needed a brake light socket for my Acura. The places I called didnt have it. Parts places could even get it. It was one of those dealer only parts. One of the places I called suggested Import Salvage, so I called them. At first, the man said he didnt have it, but asked me to wait a minute and came back after a while saying he had the entire unit in his hand for $25.00. I told him to hold it for me. I drove from Plano to Nevada. When I got there, he had it sitting on the counter. It was well worth the gasoline and drive there. I would recommend them. They had a very reasonable price for the part. I will call them first the next time I need a part for this car.

These guys had the parts I needed listed on their website. When I called, they went out and made sure they could find everything just to make sure I didnt drive out there for nothing. They called me back shortly thereafter to confirm, and I went out and picked up the parts. Nice guys, very easy to do business with -- would recommend. Also, check their website for the phone number. The one on Googles listing is incorrect at the time of this writing.
