I have been going to this store for years. I will never return. The bad brake caliper cost me an extra $95 labor and because I bought the part and took it to Lofton (very reputable company) they are unwilling to compensate me in any way. Salvador, the manager, seemed completely unconcerned that I will never return due to his poor service. Update: After having spoke with corporate customer care they actually considered the situation and seemed to be more receptive. I feel I have given the place a fair chance, but will still seek higher quality parts elsewhere.

I purchase brake parts and when I got home and put the truck on the rack and tore into the front end, I realized that I was sold the wrong brake pads. I called the store back and confirmed that I indeed had the wrong parts. The manager apologized and drove replacement parts from this Tulsa store to my location in Claremore (30 min away). It is always nice to interface with people that truly want to offer good customer service.

They have been very helpful. That much is expected. This location has always offered great customer service every time I have been there. Advance Auto Parts has been my go to place for auto parts for several years now. I trust the parts I buy there, the service has always been great, and their prices are better than others to begin with; if not, they will match it.

I am a 21 y/o female that doesnt know too much about cars. Went in to the store and the WHOLE staff was willing to help me. And even the manager came out and helped me work on my car for about 20-30 mins! And very helpful on making my purchases! I would def recommend this store, they really went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I stopped in the store when someone at a traffic light told me my brake lights were out. The staff was extremely helpful and even changed my burned out bulbs for free in 98 degree heat. They are my new heroes!

This is a good store with incredibly helpful employees. I always shop at this store. Their prices are very competitive and they can be used for online shop and pickup.
