I went to this Autozone after a having a little battery mishap that caused multiple electronic issues with my car. The guys inside were very helpful especially considering that I dont know much about cars or the correct terminology. They explained to me about checking fuses and when I explained I was having issues getting the fuses out they actually came outside and helped me as well. Two different associates came out and they collectively spent about an hour with me and not only checked fuses for me but also looked under my hood and checked my relays, ect... to try and find the root of the problem. We ended up finding the cause of the problem which was the main 125A fuse under the hood, which they did not sell in the store but at least we found out the source of the problems. I ended up taking it to the dealership the next day and that part was the problem and luckily it only cost me $9 to replace. They were very kind and helpful to me at this location, especially considering that they didnt actually get any money out of me.

I have always been greated with a hello and a smile as I walk in. The employees raa to fix the issue. The store is always clean, well stocked and easy to find what your looking for.e Even with all this going positive for this auto parts store here is the reason I will become back to this store first and only go some where else if I have to. The manager was helping me pick the correct car battery that would work and last in my car. As the manager was ringing the battery he noticed he had told me the wrong price and before I could say a word he said I will honor the lower I had told you by mistake. I have had this type thing happen a few times in my 50 some years of shopping but I never had a person honor and keep his word like this manager did. It was only a small amount of difference but he won my customer loyalty to his store by the honest way he handle the .mistake. :)... be safe

Got brake pads and rotor from this store. I installed them and put brake cleaner on rotors first like they said. They still glazed over and my driving was affected. I returned to store they refused to warranty the pads or rotors. The pads have a life time warranty. The manager didnt care. They said we will give you your money back but thats it. Then told me if I wanted to buy another pair i needed to go to another autozone. They refused to resale me some. I just took it all to another autozone were they warrantied them out no questions asked. Manager he was a big jerk. The normal employees said i dont know why not warranty it. DONT TAKE WARRANTY STUFF TO THEM. THEY DONT HONOR IT............ Happened on Saturday June 13, 2015

Love the staff at this store!!! Very friendly and always so helpful. Erick is a very knowledgeable and helpful individual. Store manager also takes time to help however he can. I came in there to have windshield wipers replaced and got excellent service. Had my sister go to same store and we were immediately recognized and greeted by entire staff. Nice to be a woman who can get what i need in an auto parts store without being ripped off.

My son and i were in the car we waited 30 mins on my husband. Son had been crying for dinner. An employee was gonna screw a guy over by selling him way more than he needed my husband tells him he only needs this one little piece. That what customer repore would be. So he never checks my husband out everyone behind him too. The commission got to their heads. I was an auto zone family none of us will give you business again.

These guys are good. If one of the lower team members doesnt know something the boss man will set them straight and find what you need. Be sure and bring in your old air filter for your car. A lot of times they can match it without even looking up the part. My air filter was around $8.

Every store makes a mistake once in a while its how they handle it and the Auto Zone at 51st and Peoria is the best. Simple brake pad mistake Rodney was super he BROUGHT me the right ones right a way. Thanks a bunch, that is why I always use Auto Zone. PS great prices
