Worse Napa ever since the new management. ignores customers, very rude, mind you I was the the only customer in the store and had to wait over 20 minutes for my part that was getting checked out because the manager decided start talking on the phone half way through checking me out and just left me standing there. Finally told them I was in a hurry that I was on lunch and he tells me not to ever come back he was doing me a favor by doing his job. Worse experience ever. Definetely need to do something with the newmanager Todd. Very very poor service and customer care.

Always check parts before leaving. I bought two of the same brake rotors, got home, opened them up, and turns out they had different bolt patterns. Same part number on the box! The bigger bummer is that they close at 7pm weekdays, 5pm on Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday. Those hours show theyre not at all oriented towards the do-it-yourself mechanic, who might actually want to buy some parts in the evenings. However, to their credit NAPA does carry some parts that nobody else in town will carry, and NOBODY else has a parts truck with a ballcap on the cab!?

Of all the auto parts stores in Tulsa, and there are lots of options, I do like the service I receive here the best. Its a convenient location for most, and Ive always received the help I needed when visiting. Plus, AAA members get 10% off, cant beat that! The employees are friendly and helpful, and thats something thats important to me when looking for parts.
