I saw a man and his wife wait about 20 minutes in a very long line because there were only 2 employees working in the store, when it was finally his turn he asked if they could test his battery for him and they said no they can not they are too busy in the store, then he asked if he could use the tester himself and they said no, I told the poor guy to go to OReillys across the street and when I drove by OReillys I saw him being helped, this is only the most recent experience Ive had but most of the employees I have encountered at AutoZone in Tomball are rude and dont really have ambition to help you solve your problem

Ruse and demeaning, even if it is all off the shelf stuff, they are still difficult, if it is behind the counter, forget about it. They have NO automotive knowledge, their parts are junk and break easily. They think they know it all, but they cant do anything unless you tell them year, make, model, color, trim 4wd or 2wd, engine, transmission, ac or no ac and on and on and on and you need freaking windshield wipers! Stay away! I try to be nice, but they talk to me like I am a child. Go to another store, this one is awful.

Ive been coming to this store for 17 years. They have saved me money over and over and helped guide me to successfully repair my vehicles of all makes and models. I cannot remember a bad experience. I expect I had one, but who wouldnt in 17 years? I appreciate their consistency for almost 2 decades and am glad they are reasonably close to my home. Thank you, AutoZone.

These people were the best ...they have awesome customer service...and were very helpful when figuring out what I needed when I didnt know the name of the part. Unlike the other auto parts stores on the same road...

Needs better customer service. I was in line and a person that left and came back was serviced before all 10 of us waiting for 30 minutes. Worst Autozone I have been too.
