The service was the worst I have ever had at any auto parts, I have ever been to....I walked in on sat,17.2015, one of there busiest days, had to wait almost 30 min to get waited on, only ONE person on the counter. I asked for a part for my heater, he looks it up and comes back with the wrong part, Long story short , He was rude ignorant of job, I was still talking to him and he just said next customer, i was so embarrassed, I just left, I would not send my Worst Enemy to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS, In Tomball Texas on 249. I am 66 and expected better form Advanced Auto Parts

I have bought two items there.. a radiator and a oil filter. Radiator lasted 8 months had a Crack in it. Oil filter gasket did not seal, started the truck ran about 10 seconds all of the oil leaked out. 25 years of changing my own oil never had this happen... Chinese junk.

Usually get good service. Typically have what you need or they can get it for you. Sometimes have good deals on cleaning products and other things. Im usually in and out in a jiffy.
