Refused to replace a faulty shock because I didnt have my receipt after 5 months. Ive never had this issue with Autozone or ORiellys. Most businesses jump at the opportunity to correct an issue, especially when there is a manufacturers warranty. I wont be back.

They have the stupidest people working here and they have no customer service skills. It uses to be that if you went to NAPA, you found knowledgeable people, well AutoZone across the street has more knowledgeable personnel.
