We were on a cross-country trip and had a windshield wiper break. We stopped for a quick replacement and the gentleman at the counter was quite curt. He gave us no choice of brand/style, spoke to me as if I were a fool when I questioned him on the length and made us feel as if we were a complete inconvenience. Im glad it was only wiper blades and nothing serious. I doubt we would have gotten much help if it had been.
