Not too happy. I placed a online order for pickup at the Rockwall location first thing Saturday morning. They said it would be ready in about half an hour, to be safe i showed up at the store a couple hours later. Not only did they not have it ready, they hadnt processed it at all. There was some system problem they were having. I didnt want to be difficult so i showed them the order conformation, wrote the order number down for them along with my name and phone number, and asked that they just call me when it was ready. I waited all day and never received the call. The next day i was so frustrated I called the main company number to have them terminate the order. I went to the auto parts store down the street to get the parts i needed, where i have never had a problem. I had a follow up email from the main advanced customer service saying they recommended too the Rockwall owner that he contact me with a coupon on the order i had previously placed. Not that I was looking for a discount, but go figure i was never contacted. :)

Went to get a vacuum valve for my vintage corvette. The folks there did not seem interested in helping me. They pointed me to an area and seemed put out that I was even there. After looking and not finding what I was looking for I walked back to the front and thought they would ask if they could help me. No such luck. I was the only one in the store so it was not because they were busy. Will not be shopping there anytime soon.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service & the General Manager has a very poor attitude towards customers. What has happened to making the customer happy, well you will defiantly not get that type of service at this location. 9/12/2017
